My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the area immensely! It’s safe, quiet and close to several beautiful parks. It’s also very central to a variety of dining options and a grocery store. This is a great rental property!

Convenient location

The Dilworth Dream Cottage is conveniently located near Interstate access, sports venues and transportation hubs plus restaurants and shops. The Cottage had all the amenities we needed for our weekend trip to Charlotte to watch the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. Check in and check out procedures easy to follow and worked well.

Nice Dilworth duplex

Well outfitted older duplex south of East Blvd in Dilworth. Easy walking to restaurants.Manager very responsive.For oldsters would suggest leaving dining room light on for coming down the stairs at night. The closet in the 2nd bedroom is locked so be aware of that when packing.

Fabulous location!

Perfect location to Dilworth & South End. We were in town moving our daughter into an apartment in the South End area. House was good. We weren’t there much, other than to sleep & shower but it worked out great!

Perfect Location for access to Downtown

Went to the Mayo Bowl and we were able to walk to wherever we wanted/needed to go. 10 minutes to great restaurants, 20 minutes to the stadium. JUST ONE THING: A pad of paper, as well as a writing utensil would be wonderful! Ran into an urgent situation, and could not write down some info...

Dilworth dream cottage

My wife and I went to Charlotte for Christmas as to get our wedding photos taken. The experience from the very beginning was wonderful. Our host made us feel like family when we initially reached out. She would even periodically send us things to do in and around Charlotte, leading up to our stay. Upon our arrival, the town house was spotless and everything was exactly as advertised. We had an amazing time and plan on going back next year. 10/10.

One night in Charlotte

Property was as advertised. We were only there one night for a concert but everything was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds and an easy 25 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Check in/out process easy.

Excellent location

We loved the location of this property. Overall a great place. Just a few suggestions. The towels and linen should be replaced - very wore and stained. We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess.

Location, Location, Location!

We choose to stay here to explore Charlotte. This fantastic house was very clean and well stocked. We loved the location! A stones throw from the city and walkable to the south side establishments. Plenty of parking and we were able to bring our dog! The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around and very safe! Highly recommend!

Duplex in nice neighborhood

The duplex is in a nice neighborhood. There are still some of the older homes nearby too. A five minute walk to a lot of the commercial places on the SouthEnd. 20-30 min walk into town/stadiums, which we did walk more than once. The kitchen had a good enough assortment of pot, pans and dishes for us to be more than comfortable, but we did not cook any full dinners there. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean, even though the bed was made in the strangest way we have ever experienced. The bath was well lit, all the fixtures worked. There was the minimum amount of space needed for us in the bathroom to put all our stuff. We thought the shower head is a bit overdone with regards to water conservation. We aren't sure what is Bohemian about the furnishings but they were very comfortable. The modest sized backyard is mostly given over to parking. The deck with tables, seating and grill was nice. We had some issues with the heat/air conditioning, that were addressed but not without what we thought was too much texting back and forth. A single phone call should have been all we need to do. Overall this place helped make our time in Dillworth/ Charlotte quite comfortable.
