My family and I stayed at this property to celebrate New Years and my husband’s birthday. We had a few issues, when we arrived on 12/31/25 the trash cans were overflowing with garbage that was left from the last house guest, Mike (Host) removed the garbage on 01/02 we had issues with the electrical outlets in house and when my family and I went out to eat on 01/02 and returned to the house the key lock did not work, I contacted host by email it took a minute for Mike (Host) to respond so I call Vrbo customer service and explained that my family and I had been standing outside the home for 45 minutes, the customer service representative attempted to contact the host as well and as I was on hold Mike (Host) called and did arrive in 30 minutes to the house to fix the lock over all he was a good host. My family felt, that we should have been reimbursed a percentage of the rental cost, for our 4 day stay at this rental property for the inconvenience of having to sit outside the home for 1hr and 15 minutes.
