The living room opens up into the dining area which seats up to eight. On your left is the fully stocked kitchen. Beyond the dining area are the three bedrooms featuring a King sized bedin the primary with Queen sized beds in the two others. In the primary bedroom, you will find a dedicated workspace and the double doors open onto the expansive rear deck. On the right side of the home you will find a grill ready to BBQ. The back yard is fully fenced with a firepit and outdoor on the deck.
The entire home and yard is available to guests.

Situated less than one mile west of Uptown Charlotte, the area is walkable with Five Points Park nearby, as well as Stewart Creek Greenway. Food and drink highlights include a great bakery called The Batch House, Blue Blaze Brewing, Jet`s Pizza, and KokoMo`s Coffeehouse.
The CityLynx Gold Line Light Rail access is a 10 minute walk, there are bus stops nearby, and Uber and Lyft are always great options.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy*** Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC.
