An unreal stay, with incredible hosts!

Don’t miss this gem!! I did t want to write this because this is my new Lake Norman ultra hack!!

At first, I didn’t see that this was a basement property. The moment we walked into the property. I was 100%relieved and 200% amazed! I mean,guys, this place is tricked out so wonderfully you won’t even believe it!! It is perfect for couples and families with kids! From the incredible movie room with 10 plus seats for movie lovers, through the well appointed kitchen, to the two perfectly appropriate queen size bedrooms thus property just kept being great!The built in steam room blew us away, and the beautiful,easy to use sauna adjacent to the well appointed exercise room were delightfully fitful and this selection made me appear the smartest friend in the room. Of note, I went right out and bought a tape measure to record the measurements on my phone so I could copy the owner’s brilliance in my own home! We cannot wait to return and reconnect with this location and our host,Kirschan. Do yourself a favor, choose wisely and stay at this fabulous Lake Norman gem!

Great Stay!

Our Crew of 2 People stayed here to go work over at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Most of the time the crew was out working. During there downtime, they enjoyed the time relaxing. Its close to the speedway, which helped with commute. i would recommend this place if your looking to be close to the Speedway.

Short visit

Rented this property to use as a “home base” while visiting with relatives in the area. We enjoyed using the theater room to relax after each day of socializing. It met all of our needs. The only bummer was that guests do not have access to the community pool. Other than that, it was as advertised.

Weekend Getaway

When checking into this rental we were confused at first because it said apartment and we ended up in a neighborhood. Once meeting with the owner and him telling us how to get in we were set from there. The pictures reflect the home perfectly. The surround sound, movie theater, pool table, and showers were our favorite. Would definitely stay again

Upgrades galore

We found this fabulous location to stay for the Shania Twain Concert. My mom really didn't want to say in a hotel and thus was perfect for my sister, mom, and myself. The showers were remarkable and the overall space was wonderful and clean. I wish we would have had more time to stay, but my nieces had a cheer camp so we couldn't come on our original dates. The owner didn't respond to my VRBO messages, but that was the only way I tried to communicate. Uber took us to and from the concert and groceries were delivered to this location considering we didn't have enough time to shop before the concert. I would recommend instructions for showers and saunas. That's how equipped they were ;) They invited us with wine and had everything we needed for a good time with the girls. We would stay again if we were in the location!

Awesome people

So we were supposed to stay there the weekend of 16th of April. However on our way down (the day of check in) our car broke down, we called spoke to the owner and he refunded us our money without hesitation. Very nice and courteous and done something he did not have to do. We are truly grateful and the next time we go to the Charlotte area we will absolutely stay there.

Masters Weekend Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay, upon arrival we found the unit to be clean, and just as described in the listing. The highlight of the weekend was watching the Master’s coverage on the large projector screen. The property is conveniently located near dining & local golf courses. Was a nice treat to stay on our way home from walking Augusta National’s course on Friday… The host is a great communicator; checked in with us numerous times during the stay to ensure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend this property, and look forward to possibly staying again in the future.

Enjoyed use of sauna, pool table and big screen. Beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided. Overall great stay. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating to our special request for later checkout due to medical need. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful space with all the bells and whistles

Loved the space lots to do only complaint is we could hear the owners upstairs which wasn't a problem for us but if we could hear them I felt like they could definitely hear us as well. We have 2 kids and I was so afraid they were going to be to loud. The speakers were also in the ceiling so we were afraid to have the TV to loud.

Worth the rate

We met the owner by accident. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The only issue was you could here movement upstairs which made us concerned about making to much noise to disturb them. Once again for the rate if it’s available next time we are in town, we would reserve again.
