It was exactly as described. Nice settled Neighborhood. The Location is perfect for Charlotte as you are very close to great Restaurants and the Upscale South Park Mall.

Big City?

You wouldn’t know you were in the middle of a big city in this lovely house!! It was perfect for my wife and I. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Literally 5 minutes from anything you can imagine! Thanks for having us!!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood.

Cute retro furnishings with a wonderful backyard. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable surroundings. A great place to stay near South Park and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great stay in Charlotte, NC

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is great. There is plenty of room in the house, it is very tastefully decorated and the fenced in back yard is wonderful if you bring a dog. I would definitely recommend it.

Just What We Expected

As soon as we walked in the door, we were impressed with how spacious and cute the house was, and how nice it smelled! Having wood and tile floors throughout worked out perfectly for our dog. The kitchen had everything we need, and we were grateful to have a washer and dryer to do a small load of laundry. We also felt the bed was very cozy. It got a little warm upstairs so we just cracked open a window. One more plus... the fenced in backyard! We loved it for our dog! We will consider renting this house again in the future since we will be visiting Charlotte often.

great place for family and pet

clean and nice; large yard; enclosed for your pet to have fun. great place; much better than described. we stopover usually in Charlotte driving to Florida and have struggled to find good places that can accomodate our dog! and this was a great place. i am definitely staying here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

We had a great weekend stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is described just as seen in pics and is very pretty inside. The only issue we had were ants in the bathroom/bedrooms. Other than that, the house is nice and as described. Nothing too fancy but would stay again if we had to!

Cozy Home, Amazing Host

My stay Beverly Woods was absolutely perfect. The home was so clean, super cozy, and felt as if the home was ours. Lovely neighborhood with an amazing backyard and nature all around. Perfect spot in Charlotte too, with many shops and restaurants just a walk away! We settled in so nicely, but couldn’t have felt so comfortable without our amazing host, Tahseen. Not only was she very quick to respond (before and during our stay) but was so helpful and accommodating along the way. We ended up staying an extra week (3 total) and she was so flexible and understanding throughout. She was such a pleasure to work with and I feel lucky to have met such a wonderful women! I will absolutely be booking with her again in the future! If you want to stay in a beautiful home, in a quaint city, with an amazing host, I 100% hands down recommend Beverly Woods. Enjoy your stay, all! :)

Just what I was looking for. Simple and comfortable. Perfect!

The house was well kept and a great location. Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed for a short stay in Charlotte. Whole Foods, Starbucks and shopping are minutes away. House was functional and on a quiet street. Good parking. Nice back yard. Will stay again if in town. Thanks for a great and easy stay!

Problem with AC

Overall we were happy with the location and the house in general. The major problem was that while the AC cooled the downstairs properly, it became very hot upstairs, especially at night.

Awesome owner home & stay!

This house was definitely a home away!!! Filled with all the products we use at home I.e dove, dawn, wine, etc. Really nice and responsive owner! Beautiful home and decor for an exceptional price in a quiet neighborhood! Will definitely stay again!

Spacious home. Well laid out for family needs including a closed off from main living area stairway to upstairs bedrooms which was great due to infant sleep times so rest of family could relax without fear of excessive noise! Large fenced in backyard and patio area . We will definitely book for next family reunion if available!

Nice place in South Park neighborhood

This is a clean, comfortable house in the Charlotte neighborhood of South Park. Southpark shopping is within walking distance. The beds seem to be full-side, maybe queen, so they're a little small for people accustomed to king side beds, but they're reasonably comfortable. The house is spacious with ample seating and the kitchen is nice. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

My husband's family lives in Charlotte and we've been staying in hotels for decades. Decided to find a VRBO house and I couldn't be happier! We had a lot more room (our college kid came with us this time), a kitchen, washer & dryer....things we can't get with a hotel. So comfy and clean! And the location was perfect!! My father-in-law is at The Cypress and all of our family is in the Southpark area. It was so convenient to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely be regulars at this house. The owner, Tahseen, was so nice and responsive. I couldn't be happier! And bonus....if we ever need to bring our dog with us, it's pet friendly (although you would never know if from the inside....super clean!). Perfect for us!!
