The updated kitchen features include granite counter tops and built in appliances. There are dining areas in the kitchen and outside upper deck areas. One bedroom is isolated as a suite with a wet bar and small refrigerator. It has one of the home's two walk in showers.

Enjoy the morning sun or exercise your shade options by enjoying a number of sitting areas for coffee and visiting. From the large screened in upper deck porch overlooking the lake to the shaded lower deck with another seating area, you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Norman.
