My new go-to for CLT

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was really cute and the location can't be beat. Walkable to so many restaurants, cafes, breweries...everything you could need. The host was very quick to respond to communications and extremely helpful as well. I travel to CLT a lot for work and will definitely be booking this place as often as I can.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our time in Charlotte. The unit was furnished well and we felt very comfortable. The additional touches were appreciated. Drinks and snacks are never expected but we enjoyed them.

Under impressed and shady.

Great neighborhood location. Older building with lots of creeks and squeeks. But no late noise issues. There was no response to multiple messages till day of and that was only to verify their use of a 2nd app(Rabbu). I have never been asked to do this before and it was a little shady but i was stuck needing the place for my family. They took my credit card and Driver id info. I already payed a $500 deposit. Why do you need more than VRBO and a deposit. I will never book with this company again. Its too bad since we enjoyed the place. You also need a book or something with posted rules and/or instructiions. Had to wait for them to text wifi info and had to ask how and where AC was. P.S. get a non-slip matt for the bathroom tub. I almost slipped mutiple tiems.

Far exceeded expectations

Charming property in a beautiful part of Charlotte. All the furniture was comfortable. The location in the neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to several locations. The unexpected grocery amenities were a terrific touch as well.

This unit was very comfortable and charming. We enjoyed the location and we’re able to see many of the surrounding areas easily. The groceries and wet bar were a delightfully unexpected addition. A very comfortable king size bed with great pillows!!

This apartment was not only beautifully decorated but extremely comfy.

I worked from “home” while at this apartment, the Wi-Fi was great, no issues. It was equipped with everything I needed for my stay. If I’m ever back in the area I’d definitely stay here. The manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had and very accommodating and kind.

Loved everything!

This is a comfortable well appointed condo in a convenient (very walkable) neighborhood in Dilworth. We loved the owners extra touches including a spotless sanitized unit, some unopened groceries (English muffins, fresh fruit, etc) for convenience and everything we needed to make a cocktail! The owners also left very clear instructions for check-in, using the TV, and neighborhood recommendations. The condo is a short walk to a number of great restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location

What a great place! Clean and comfortable with great decor. An issue with the heat was handled immediately. Access is via electronic keypad locks. Upon arrival I found breakfast items in the refrigerator, plus wine and club soda, and pasta and sauce -- I didn't even have to leave! This unit is located very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The unit is on the second floor so there are stairs -- be aware if that is an issue. There is a nice balcony for outside lounging. Parking is convenient in the back of the building but be careful if you try to exit on the Kirkwood Street side -- it's very narrow and there are pieces of rebar sticking up out of the ground at the sidewalk. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and services!

There were so many places to visit within walking distance, it was great! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with beautiful parks close by. Nice extras provided that gave that extra nice cared for feel to staying here. Jim was very easy to contact and provided great info about the locale.

Perfect location and awesome apartment!

We loved our stay in Dilworth! The apartment was clean, comfortable and pet friendly! We were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome we received as we entered the apartment to soft music playing and to find fruit, snacks, wine and other treats waiting for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything - a blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc! The fridge was stocked with juice, water, english muffins / butter, creamer, white wine, and fruit! It even had a laundry room with detergent to use! It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was in a great location. You could walk to restaurants and stores. It was even located close to one of our favorite stops in Charlotte - JJ’s Red Hots - serving a Buffalo, NY favorite, Sahlen’s hot dogs!! The overall experience with this host was excellent!! We will definitely be returning!!

So happy with this Charlotte gem!

My daughter and I were in town for the NCAA tournament and were so happy to have found this property! The management company were wonderful to work with....so kind and accommodating. Our apartment was spotless! Fully stocked with everything one would need and lots and lots of extras! What a treat to have great snacks like fresh fruit and nuts as well as unexpected pleasures like wine and spirits, and some of our favorites from Trader Joe’s. Bed was super comfy; neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, convenient to so many tasty restaurants and bars. I usually Iike to leave some type of advice to make the stay better for the next guest, but this time I have nothing! Would love to stay here again :)
