Excellent and just what i needed for a few nights! Lovely neighborhood. Dog was comfortable and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and playing in fenced in yard. Didn’t use any of the game room / hot tub features, so can’t speak on this. Would definitely stay again!

Served its purpose for the little time we were there. Everything worked perfectly well. Hot tub is in a garage which had a heavy insect presence.

Great location, property was a mixed bag

There were some good things about this stay - the location is great, the neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean, kitchen well stocked, and the owner provided informative emails with all the information we needed. We knew the house would be older, and that was not a problem. However, there were things that should have been far better for the substantial price this ended up being (over 350). The one roll of toilet paper had somehow gotten wet on one side, and there were no replacements (unfortunately we didn't realize this until late at night). No facial tissues anywhere. The floor had several toenail clippings and pieces of dirt. The caulking around the tub was dirty and cracked, as was the soap ledge in the tub. The kitchen smelled like insecticide. Even the grass out front was overgrown, and there was a lawnmower sitting right beside the house. Not sure what's going on with this property...old is ok; not taking care of things beforehand to create a five-star experience for guests is not. With some TLC and more careful preparation for guests this place could have provided a pleasant stay.

We were disappointed in the state of this home. Broken blinds, missing areas of flooring, hot tub had gunk crusted on the sides. Location was good, but this house needs some serious work.

Decent place but not very clean

My partner and I stayed here with one of my friends. The place was cute and seemed to be in a good area but it wasn't very clean. The host was nice but the hot tub had a weird film on the water and we ended up getting sick. from it.

Safety concerns

Pros- Definitely a beautiful neighborhood, upscale revitalization of the community. Pros- The king bed was comfortable, and the refrigerator is clean. If sufficient space for 3 people in the living room, and watch tv. Con’s- House was in disrepair on several levels, front porch was splintered wood, & railing was loose. Con’s- Inside was surface clean only , I would suggest keeping shoes or slippers on at all times. Con’s- I would not cook or use the appliances outside of the refrigerator, microwave, and tea pot. Dryer vent is clogged as you can tell at the exhaust vent outside and potentially at risk for fire. Con’s- Major concern NO SMOKE ALARMS in any rooms just one mounting ring where the smoke detector should be (hallway above 2nd bedroom door). EVERY WINDOW was locked down with builder grade screws. No way to know of a fire or a way to get out if there was a fire. ABSOLUTE fire safety hazard. I did email the owner prior to my review, I do not like to give a bad review ever. But the issues I have listed exceed the superficial things that previous renters have mentioned in reviews. As you read my review and continue to read the superficial items are all still there. Nothing I read has changed.

Amazing location!

We absolutely loved the location of this home. In a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to everything we wanted to do! We had an issue at check in but was resolved very quickly! Great communication with the host. We did not check out the garage space, so I cannot comment on the hot tub or that space. The house is definitely older, but we only spent time there to sleep so it worked fine for us.

Wonderful stay

One of the best air b&b for the price especially in charlotte my puppy loved the back yard. thank you so much for letting us barrow your drive way so we could get home. will definitely recommend to other friends and looking forward to future stays

Cozy Home

My stay was perfect. Home was very clean and cozy. You can definitely walk and exercise in the neighborhood its very quite and nice. Walking distance to a lot of stores. Loved the hot tub and game room. Host is definitely responds fast. We definitely will be back to book again.
