Overall, the house served its purpose, and we didn’t complain, but it is definitely in need of some TLC. The patchwork on walls, baseboards and showers needs attention. The furniture was dusty and the house had a moldy smell that appears to be masked with paint. Lighting was dim and the TV in the primary bedroom was missing. The kitchen had most appliances but did not have a roasting pan or large pot for cooking for a family gathering. The skillet had old food residue on it. Also the kitchen did not have a can opener. I was also expecting a keurig style coffee maker. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was sunken and no one could sleep on it. All of the mattresses were uncomfortable. They were either too soft or lumpy.
