I travel to Charlotte every other month for work. On my trips, I need accommodations not only for myself but also for two assistants. Three hotel rooms are usually too expensive for my client. I try to find suite hotels or a good VRBO. My go-to hotel on the outskirts of I-77 has become somewhat dicey. I was very happy to have booked this townhouse instead. It's much nicer than a number of the other Charlotte VRBO listings I've stayed in. It's well-maintained and fresh; the beds are quite good. The kitchen is well-equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The owner is very responsive.
A few things to be aware of. Parking is VERY limited. Two cars at the property and the street parking, where permitted, is limited. The good thing is the townhouse comes with a parking pass. This only became an issue since my assistants and I were driving from three different locations so all had vehicles. This aspect was not listed. Also, though the unit has a garage, it is very tight. A large, full-sized SUV (which I had) will have difficulty parking inside. Fortunately, my assistants both had smaller cars. The other factor to consider is the third bedroom only has a half bath. The two full baths are ensuite, so adults need to coordinate shower times. This may not be an issue with smaller kids but it's not ideal for 3 adults. Road noise is a slight issue in the master bedroom if you are a light sleeper.
All considered, a great property you will be happy with. I look forward to a future stay.
