The host was very welcoming. Communication was good. The house was much larger than expected. It was immaculate and decorated with a modern flair. The pool, even at this time of year, was clear and clean. If we could have gone for a dip, there was abundant seating and a gazebo with table and chairs. Even a noodle! There was plenty of parking, even a carport to unload. We did little cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. Even snacks, drinks, and a bottle of wine. We got in a couple of games of foosball on on the glass porch. Would be so enjoyable in the warmer months. The linens and towels were plentiful. Lots of tvs. Amenities galore, even a first aid kit. We were convenient to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Four senior ladies who have stayed in a number of VRBO homes. This was the cleanest and most well stocked of any we have stayed in. Give Casa Blanca a try. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Rodolfo and family!!

Property was clean and adequately stocked. Rodolpho was timely in his responses to any communications. Neighborhood was very quiet. The pool was a welcomed amenity in this summer heat.

Not the LUXE we expected. Pool area was HUGE disappointment

While the interior of the home was comfortable and clean, it was far from LUXE. as described. The remodeling that was nice, and beds were comfy, but since king bed frame was on floor, my guests and I changed sleeping arrangements to accommodate my disability. Not ideal for older guests.I gave a poor rating due to the pool area. My friends and I chose to pay more for a Mon-Fri rental here so we could have the private pool.(1600 for Mon-Friday after taxes and mandatory insurance) Unfortunately, the pool was dirty, the lawn and plants overgrown and bees, insects and ants were a constant concern. While I don't have the luxury of owning a pool, my guest does, and her time in the pool was limited to only a few hours due to her concerns with the cleanliness. The owner did respond when I reached out when we checked in and said he'd send a pool guy to the house on Tuesday, which did help. The pool was brushed and treated. However, the promise made to send a pool guy again on Wed to vacuum in the deepest part of the pool, didn't happen. After I reached out to the owner after our stay, he said the weather in area prevented that from happening. (Turns out owner was the "pool guy" that was sent)The photos shared when we booked were not a true representation of the pool area. After I reached out to the owner after our stay, I see he updated the photos. I wish the property owners success BUT, I honestly feel a trip to Great Wolf lodge would have been more comfortable.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and took care of us from the moment we arrived until our departure. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

LOCKED OUT

When we arrived at the property we were excited for our stay. Everything was clean and in order. After exploring the property, we could not find the hot tub that was listed. I contacted the owner and received a sarcastic response and then for some reason they shared the private booking and personal contact information of a previous renter. We had a really nice stay though up until the last night when we got locked out. It was Christmas night and raining. The property has an electronic keypad that was disabled for some reason. We called and texted multiple time and didn’t get an answer until the next morning. We called VRBO and they tried calling to no avail. There were no emergency measures in place in case this happened. The next morning we received a text message, from the property owner, letting us know that there was a lockbox with a key. This information should have been given to VRBO in case of emergency. We ended up having to find a hotel room for the night which made things extremely stressful the next morning. Once we heard from the owner, we only had two hours to get back to the house, pack up all our things, and get our family on the road because we had an event to get back to. Excuses were made insinuating that maybe we had messed with the modem (which we had not). We didn’t even know where the modem was. We were reimbursed the nightly rate with no additional concessions for the couple of hours that we spent in the rain and the cold, trying to sort this out.

Was ok

The house was nice but, Unable to use the pool. No dressers in rooms, no where to put clothes. Limited hangers. We are all over 65 years of age and all dishes were in all bottom cabinets. No upper cabinets, was a little strange. Don’t get me wrong, it's a very nice home, just no set up for older people. Younger couples with kids would be perfect. We came from West Coast, and found a note in one of the drawers that if we gave the house a low raiting that I would be removed from being able to rent home again. Unbelievable, I wouldn't anyway. The owner seened to be very nice, so I was very surprised to fine that note. I took a picture of it. I house is nice but could use a few upgrades that I mentioned. I wish the Family all the Very Best and continued Success in renting their nice Home!. Many Blessings to you all and Thank you.

The property and picture descriptions were accurate. The home was very clean and host responded quickly to questions. The home is about 20 minutes from Uptown which was not too far to attend a Knights game!

Beautiful home away from home

We love our stay at this beautiful home. It's was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the private pool and the beds were very comfortable. My sons almost loved the basketball hoop. Kitchen had everything we need. We would definitely stay here again when we in Charlotte. The owner was understanding and was very responsive to our needs.
