  • Welcome to Unit #345—your freshly redecorated two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway in downtown Charlevoix. This inviting condo features a main bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a loft bedroom with an additional king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms to ensure convenience and privacy for all guests.

    The open-concept living space includes a kitchenette equipped with a mid-size refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals during your stay. The layout provides a cozy and functional space to relax after a day of exploring.

    Step out onto the private balcony and take in beautiful views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the waterfront setting.

    Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and easy access to downtown Charlevoix. You’ll be just a short walk from the area’s best dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it a perfect choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

    Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering guests a different experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

    Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, access to a guest laundry facility, and a pool with a year-round indoor section and a seasonal outdoor section (open May through September).

Terrific property in Charlevoix that has a fantastic view of round lake. There were few other guests at the edgewater inn, very quiet, peaceful stay.

Beautiful Location

Very quiet and cozy place. Highly recommend over a hotel any day. Decor and spaciousness make it feel homey. Easy check-in and -out process. Charlevoix is also a great location.

We were able to walk across the street to the Weathervane restaurant and take drinks/food to go from On The Edge (the restaurant in the hotel)! It was a great stay, I can't wait to go back!
