Laundry facilities available in clubhouse. Next door to public Beach and Lake front Park with public boat access/parking. Short walk to downtown Charlevoix. Many excursions available in Charlevoix, neighboring Petoskey and Boyne City including golf, ziplines, kayaking, putt putt golf, bike paths, etc. Fabulous Charlevoix restaurants, night life and shopping in downtown as well as wineries, breweries and distilleries in Boyne City and Petoskey and surrounding areas. Beautiful views and comvenient location.

Charlevoix is a lovely place on the water. This property was just out of town but at a marina and close to a beach with playground for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful. Great location. Attentive host. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, fully equipped. I've stayed at several rentals. This was one of my favorites. If you are looking for a spectacular property in Charlevoix - this is your place.

Family vacation and wedding- exceptional experience

We had a wonderful stay! This is a beautiful condo, comfortable, clean, spacious, cozy, and it had everything we could have needed. The view is incredible. The condominium community is peaceful, well maintained, and relaxing. Scott was an exceptional host. We can’t wait to go back.

I love staying there and love the location and all the people we meet when we are there in the complex .... everyone is very nice. Very nice place and very nice location and if anyone is thinking of staying there you won't be disappointed at all !!

Charlevoix is a beautiful community on Lake Michigan and Round Lake.

The condo was very nice and just a short drive or a beautiful walk up to the town of Charlevoix. The condo was immaculate and perfect for a couple of nights or much longer. The condo sits next to the harbor with a great view of the lake beyond the boats.

Beautiful inside and out.

This was a most enjoyable vacation destination. The scenery out the window overlooking the harbor was beautiful. And the interior of the condo was not only comfortable, it was welcoming and well done. We enjoyed every minute of our trip. The hosts thought of everything a guest would need and then some. We hope to return!

Charlevoix Outing

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the condo. Great weather. Always something to see and excellent places to eat. I love watching the boats. Easy walks around the property and public beach. Downtown has a farmers market on Thursday that my wife and mother in law enjoy going to. The condo has two very nice bedrooms.

Happy Fall Getaway

My wife and I chose the Charlevoix area for our fall getaway this year and this property was perfect for us. Right on the harbor and right in town, it was perfect to take in the town and region as well as a place on the water to relax. The first floor unit and walk in showers were great for our mobility limitations as well. The place was well stocked for any of our needs and very comfortable! We recommend it.

My mom is 83 and slightly limited in her mobility. This property was easy for her to access (short ramp made walk in much easier than stairs) and the spectacular sunrises over the marina gave us great joy. Scott (owner) was super friendly and helpful sharing some things we would enjoy (restaurants and sights). Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and the location was great!! Great neighborhood, fairly quiet and we saw young deer every morning. Charlevoix was super charming and the Harwood cafe had great coffee and snacks to get our day started. Would definitely recommend this property!
