"We had a wonderful overnight at Phil & Ann's. First, the room was icy cold when we walked in - someone had thoughtfully put on the AC before we arrived so it would be comfortable. Everything was brand new - new paint, new large Fridge, new towels, etc -- and very clean. The property has a nice pool, plus shuffleboard, large grassy area, a volleyball net and a great fire pit area. Our villa/room had its own large tree and 2 chairs to lounge in, plus a picnic table. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deer Run. The house is comfortable and spacious. The expansive yard and relatively private setting are quite special since the property is also close to Route 1 and all its conveniences. It is a huge bonus to have the use of a Beach Pass for two wonderful Charlestown beaches, which are not far. In addition, Kettle Pond is within walking distance of the house, which was a nice alternative to the beach. Kyle is an excellent communicator and wonderful to work...
