"We had a wonderful overnight at Phil & Ann's. First, the room was icy cold when we walked in - someone had thoughtfully put on the AC before we arrived so it would be comfortable. Everything was brand new - new paint, new large Fridge, new towels, etc -- and very clean. The property has a nice pool, plus shuffleboard, large grassy area, a volleyball net and a great fire pit area. Our villa/room had its own large tree and 2 chairs to lounge in, plus a picnic table. We had a great time. ...

The cottage is located on the property of the owner's home, but they are very welcoming and helpful. We felt happy, and comfortable, the entire trip. Quonnie is the perfect place to beach, fish, kayak, etc etc. I highly recommend this cottage!"
