"Our stay at Spark by Hilton Mystic was great from start to finish, but what truly made it memorable was Josh at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. People like John are like diamonds in customer service, and he made our stay truly great. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice, and the breakfast was excellent, a great way to start each day. The location is also great. It’s close enough to downtown Mystic that we even had time to go for a jog there. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mystic, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you, Josh!"
