Perfect house for a Bachelorette

This house was perfect! Our whole group loved it. It’s a great location. The communication with the property manager was amazing, extremely quick responses!

Great house and location

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this property - the location was perfect. The team was responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful, making our experience seamless. The beds were SO comfortable and we all felt really at home at this property. Highly recommend :)

51 Spring Street is awesome!

Oh my goodness, this house is awesome. It was very clean, safe, and the beds and linens were oh so comfy. The tile in the bathrooms was beautiful! The kitchen was very modern and well stocked with useful amenities...everything we needed was there! It has great outdoor spaces and spacious inside gathering places. The free shuttle is only a block away! This historic home is filled with all of the modern conveniences once could ask for. We will definitely stay there again.

Family vaca

We really enjoyed our stay overall! It was a great location, loved the decor, and had lots of space for everyone. And we loved the coffee and espresso machines! The only downsides are the noise (but you’re in the city so we knew that would be an issue), the light coming in the windows (just bring eye masks), and then just making sure you bring items like seasoning and such if you plan to cook.

Excellent Stay

We stayed her for my sisters bachelorette party, there were 12 of us in total. The house was the perfect size to accommodate our group. The vibe of this house is so cute and decorated perfectly. The location was very walkable to bars, restaurants and more! Dealing with the host was so seamless. Would highly recommend this house.

Bach Trip

We were really happy with our choice! The 2 side by side units were perfect for our group of 10, they were conveniently located to all we had planned to do on our trip. Everyone agreed that the units were really cute and beds were comfortable. The owners were super responsive and answered all our questions before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to a large group, especially for those like ours who were looking not to share beds/baths! There was some minimal late night noise from king st. but that wasn't unexpected for a weekend given the proximity. Wish the downstairs units had central air like the upstairs as it was a bit muggy on occasion but we managed just fine for a late May trip.

Great home and location

My family and I came to Charleston for a wedding and this property delivered. The hosts were responsive when issues arose. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a rental property. The location was honestly the best part. We could easily walk or uber to all the main attractions in the city. Plus, it is pretty centrally located if you wanted to venture out of the city. The expressway was literally two streets away. Parking is tight, but we were able to fit 4 cars. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charleston.

Amazing Stay

This is a beautiful property. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to our questions and requests. We had a group of 11 people for 3 nights and everyone slept comfortably. The indoor outdoor space was a difference maker (picnic area large balcony big porch), especially with great weather. We only had to call 1 uber because of the great location and everything was walkable. Despite being close to King Street the property was very quiet (no adjacent building). I won’t be staying anywhere else next time I visit Charleston! 10/10 in every category.

Just what we were looking for!

We rented the whole house for our 5 day reunion. There were 6 of us women, each looking for our own room and bathroom. This house more than filled the bill. The location was great and the space was very accommodating on both sides. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. A few of us had problems with getting hot water for showers in the upper unit. There were plenty of towels, dishes, glasses etc in both units. The owners were very responsive. We had a great time.

Nice stay

We rented both units for a girls weekend. The units were well appointed and the hosts were very responsive. The location is a bit far from the heart of Charleston is a bit far to walk the main attractions but had a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. We had cars so we drove at night and always found parking near by and cheap so this wasn’t a problem for us as we had designated drivers. Ubers were plentiful as well. The units bathrooms were showing some signs of wear And the units needed more mirrors for getting ready. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

Air Conditioning

Nicely renovated and clean. Upstairs unit had central A/C that worked fine. The street level unit had room air conditioners that did not cool as well and did not sufficiently lower the humidity. This was with temps in upper 80s. Lower unit had small under counter frig. Everyone in our party used the upper unit to gather.

Great Location not as clean as expected

The location of the property was absolutely amazing. Unknowingly all of my restaurant reservations were only within 5-10 minutes of walking. The property itself has a better layout on the second floor than the first, and the bathrooms were a bit tight. Found the property to not be as clean as we had hoped. Our first day we had to sweep the floor in unit A and found a little bit of dust on some of the linens. he property manager was extremely responsive and super courteous. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone despite the minor set backs.

Clean and roomy

Twelve of us women aged 70 to 72 stayed here. We had a great time and there was plenty of space for comfortable sleeping and two living areas where we could gather. One unit is upstairs and one down. The kitchen had basics. No serving dishes, no salt and pepper. But most people will probably eat out. Linens were very nice. There were several TV’s. I felt the location was okay. We walked up King St. Several historical homes are within walking distance. It is two miles or more to the French quarter. We drove there and parking was expensive. The owner was responsive. I would recommend it for large groups.

Charleston Bach Getaway

We stayed here for my daughter's bachelorette party. We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Sunday. There were 16 ladies and the rooms and bathrooms were great! The 2 kitchens were great, lots of room for everything in both refrigerators. We used the outdoor picnic table and the upstairs living area for a pajama party and game night and it was perfect. The owner was kind enough to work with the company we hired in Charleston to let them in early to stock our fridge and our pantry and decorate for the bride to be. We had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and sitting on the upstairs deck at night with a glass of wine was my favorite spot. The location was ideal, we walked up to King's Street everyday, for meals and going out at night. Our weekend could not have gone any better!!! Thank you!!

Great stay

We truly enjoyed our stay! Great location that is walking distance to King Street and all the great shops. Property managers were very helpful with our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Charleston Trip

We were here for a cousin reunion so had 10 people all together. This is the perfect place, 6 bedrooms and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Great place!

Absolutely amazing!

The perfect location. The perfect space. The perfect weekend! We had a group of 16 girls for my bachelorette weekend and I’m so glad we chose this rental. It was walking distance to everything on king street. Both units were very clean! I would highly recommend this rental!!

Perfection from checkin to checkout!

The online pictures don’t do this property justice - it’s gorgeous, perfect location, and so roomy for a large group. 2 min walk to King Street. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Bachelor Party Getaway

We had an amazing time at the property. Everything ran smoothly from the beginning. We arrived early in the morning, and the host allowed us to leave our bags in a nearby locked shed. We then had no issues with the checkin process, and the house was great for our vacation. The location was perfect; just a short walk to all of the downtown action. Would recommend this home for anyone looking for a great time in Charleston!

Excellent House & Location

We stayed in this house for a long weekend for our wedding. We rented both units with family in both units. The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the decor. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels etc. the bedrooms with the bunk beds were perfect for our children. The outdoor deck and patio area were lovely places to sit and have coffee or a drink. Most importantly to us, the location was perfect and only a block off King Street. We got married at the William Aiken House and had our welcome party at Uptown Social and this house was a only a very short walk to both locations. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.
