Had a wonderful time in Charleston. The property was perfect for our family. Great location, nice amenities and the host was very responsive to any of our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location , clean bedding and towels . Upstairs shower is small , but we are a tall family . Very charming but dark living room . Easy to check in etc . Parking VERY tight in cobblestone ally …. But again charming !

Wedding Weekend

This property met all of our needs. The house is well appointed and a perfect distance from King Street, Charleston. There are many stairs - so only able bodied people should stay here. It was great!

The house is in a fantastic location! My only suggestions would be to include the number of stairs (don’t ideal for older people) and note that parking is VERY tight if you don’t have a compact car.

Mother's Day in Charleston

Property in a perfect location for walking to many Charleston locations, King Street, shopping, popular restaurants, etc. House contained all necessary items for a comfortable stay. We made two requests to host, and they were answered promptly! My family enjoyed their stay, and I would book this location again!

Perfect hub for girls trip!

The Tully house was beautiful, conveniently located, clean, and the Stay Duvet team was very efficient responding. One day we had an issue with the door keypad and they had a backup solution (key lock box) already there so we could access the house right away and then had someone out within 20 minutes to fix the door key pad! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

My husband and I just stayed here for a long weekend for our first time to Charleston. The home was absolutely beautiful and very unique, we loved it. There are a lot of stairs but if that’s not an issue then I would definitely give this gorgeous home a stay and the primary bathroom is incredible. It’s just minutes away from tons of dining and shopping. We would for sure stay again!!

Wonderful unique property

This is such a cool house in the way that it is laid out. It was a treat to stay for a few nights. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, even with a 5 and 7 year old. Charleston is a great city and one can feel the history down every street. I’d recommend.

PROS: historic charm, comfortable enough, everythingvyou need, a few nearby restaurants, cafes, walkable location CONS: expensive, parking at house extremely limited, spiral staircase challenging, 20-30 minute walk to where you want to be, realistically accommodates 4-5.

Beautiful and fantastic location!

We stayed here during the SEWE with another family. This home is beautifully designed and appointed with your needs during your stay. The location makes this ideal for walking and exploring Charleston. Unfortunately I got sick upon arrival and spent the weekend in bed but the primary suite was so comfortable and I had everything I needed. Great restaurants nearby that delivered meals while my family was out experiencing the Expo. I will definitely book this home again when I return for a girls weekend.

Enjoyed the central location and walkability.the house and Tully Alley were architecturally interesting. Recommend getting a copy of “Savannah Fancy” so other guests could explore ita development and design. Agree with prior comments about the stairs and parking — both narrow and tricky. That was fine for us, but dealbreaker for others. Well equipped and comfortable. Could have used kitchen towels and extra hand towels for powder removal I’m.

Great location & master bath

We loved the little neighborhood - Baba’s Cafe for breakfast every morning. The master bath with large shower area and dual shower heads, plus the jacuzzi tub and double vanity is the best part of this property. The other two bedrooms and the shared bath on third floor are small and best suited for teens. We did not use/need them.

Great location + everything we needed

The location was perfect. 2 minute walk to King street, short walk or drive to all major museums and parks, very safe, 15-20 minutes from the beach. Communication with the management was very easy and quick - they answered my texts within seconds. When we needed something (dish towels) they brought it over within an hour. The master bathroom is very impressive, huge shower and lots of space. Brand new washer & dryer a major plus. Top floor bedrooms worked well for my kids, husband and . I would just say the stairs can be a bit much for older folks, a bit narrow at the curves so we had to watch our 2 year old carefully, and my dad is a fit 71 so we managed fine. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need and the living room and dining room very spacious. Highly recommend!
