Was traveling with a friend in our 217-year-old daughters. The location was very nice located towards King Street. It was a bit noisy. And a lot of sirens through the night and rowdiness in front of the house. Though at no point to be feel unsafe. The house was amazing and that it was old and authentic. The beds were comfortable , the kitchen was well appointed. The issues we had was that we could not connect to Internet, the duvet people were responsive and giving suggestions but it never worked. The televisions in the upstairs rooms were not connected to any sort of source. That was not a big deal. There were a couple little things broken in the house like a towel bar and a couple door knobs.

Beautiful home base for exploring Charleston

Very nicely renovated, spacious, comfortable home. Super comfortable beds, great location. Stay duvet was great to work with, very responsive. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location and beautiful property

This couldn’t have been a better location for my family and our daughter who attends CofC and also lives in McAllister dorm. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy! It was also nice having St. Patrick cathedral on the same street for my mom to attend. We’ll be back again but this time with our friends to enjoy King St!

We enjoyed our stay. House is in a convenient location within walking distance to downtown Charleston. Served our purpose very well. Clean and cozy. Host was very prompt in responding when contacted. Would stay again.

Nice property, clean and spacious. On-site parking (driveway). Good location, walking distance to King street, close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Smooth contact-less check-in and check-out, excellent instructions delivered the day of arrival, responsive host. Enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely book again.

Old Girls’ Trip

Three of us stayed in the Rosewood house. We were celebrating 40 years of friendship. The house worked great for us. We walked just about everywhere, but if we needed a ride, Uber was just a quick phone call away. The house had everything we needed, including sound machines in each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Right size, right location

Great temporary "home" for a few days in historic Charleston. Within easy walk of everything we wanted to see. Provided the amenities and space to accommodate a family of four plus two grandparents.

Nice but noisy

The house was clean and as described. We noticed a few small maintenance issues, but someone came to fix all but one. We told him it wasn’t a problem for us. Hopefully they’ll fixed it after we left. The street we were on was very busy especially on Saturday night. That made it difficult to sleep in the front and back bedrooms with people coming and going and being loud. Being so close to King Street was convenient being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Would recommend it if the noice wouldn’t bother you.

Sister Weekend Getaway

My two sisters and I visited Charleston for the first time. The Rosewood by Stay Duvet was perfect and so comfortable and homey! The location was very convenient to King Street and the historic areas of the city. We walked everywhere! The Concierge service was very responsive and helpful- we will visit again!

Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect. The property was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The only downside was a bit of street noise at late hours. But overall a great place to stay.

Clean, central and bright

The house was clean, spacious, parking was convenient and the location was perfect. Even with a double stroller it was close enough to walk to King St for shopping and dining or even down to the children’s museum. The hosts were so helpful and immediately responded to all communications. They also were great about getting lots of into to me prior to the stay which was very convenient since half of us flew and half drove. I can tell cleaning staff was attentive to detail and had “orogami” TP etc throughout bathrooms and kitchen which was a nice touch you don’t see often anymore. Would stay again.

Two nights in Charleston with family.

This property was tremendous. Location was great and an easy walk to most of downtown Charleston. Home was very comfortable. Beds, bedding and pillows were all amazing. Two off street parking spots next to the home were a real bonus. Street noise was the only minor inconvenience.

Good location

Nice home and walkable to the sites in the French quarter. Great to be close to King street. AC is wonderful. Only downside was the street noise at night which is not in control of home owner. Master bedroom is at front of home which is close to the action happening at neighbors (parties), cars passing, horns honking, and those walking around loudly singing or arguing at 1-4 am. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Comfortable space

nothing fancy- pretty stripped down space- but had all of the necessities- especially in the kitchen and bed rooms. super comfortable beds and plenty of soaps and shampoo for all. super close to king street, and the free bus route!!
