Great place to stay and Stay Duvet is a very responsive manager. The location is located close to the whole Charleston experience. The property is well supplied with everything need or wanted. We had a few minor issues the Stay Duvet was very responsive and quick to resolve the issues. We would definitely stay there again or any of their properties!

Great Place

This space was exactly as pictured. We loved it and the location. One negative is that the one bedroom did not have any mirrors at all. It needs a full length mirror. If you want to see how you look you need to go into the bathroom in the hall and stand on the tub to see into the mirror or go into the Master bedroom. The water pressure also leaves something to be desired but we weren't living there for a long period of time so we made do. There was plenty of closet and dresser space which we appreciated.

Great stay

Everything as pictured. Bedrooms separated on opposite ends of apartment rather than right next to each other which was a nice feature. Spacious bathrooms - my son loved taking a rain shower in the master bedroom! Parking right behind the house. Responsive hosts.

Peaceful perfection on the porch

I would rent this property again and again. The esthetics are inviting and comfortable, and the design of the space is functional and luxurious. It's an easy walk to exquisite restaurants. Everyone we passed on the sidewalk was charming, and I always felt safe. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch and watching Charleston life stroll by. We enjoyed the property's atmosphere so much that we opted to stay in instead of enjoying the lively nightlife within easy walking distance. The property managers provided the highest level of service, always responding quickly and going above and beyond to meet our needs. The experience of renting this place was perfect in every way. Thank you!

Birthday weekend with friends and eBikes

The house was great. We brought our e-bikes. The location was perfect. We never moved the cars and we were able to bike everywhere from the house. The layout is great for couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the rooms are located on opposite sides of the house. We had everything we needed.

Weekend stay

The home was very nice and clean with a great location. However, the listing needs to be updated. The exterior of the home is now all white, no longer blue. The driveway is completely torn up and nothing but dirt. I also think it should be stated that the bottom is also rented out and can be very loud through the vents. The water pressure was not good at all and the sinks clogged in the second bathroom.

We had a good time

Overall good stay. Host easy to communicate with and designated parking was nice. There are a couple things worth mentioning. I will state upfront that we did not reach out to Stay Duvet over the matters because they couldn’t be resolved within the time of our stay. One the listing photos are not accurate. The house is solid white, not blue. The landscaping shown in the pictures was all torn out. I don’t know if there was construction on the drive or what. It was muddy which made it tough to get your luggage to the door … not to mention lacking curb appeal which for a Charleston vacation was a letdown. There was also a slight odor upon entering the home and in the bedroom with the queen beds. It wasn’t awful but when you walked in it did smell a bit as if cats had been there. Master was fine. There was also random Christmas decor in the kitchen (in July) which made the place seem unattended to. The water pressure was also poor. Much of the draw to Charleston comes from the charming aesthetics of the homes so for this trip, it was a bit of a letdown. I know remodeling has to be done but maybe don’t have a renter mid-remodel (if this was a remodel). Location … it’s ok. If you want to walk to king street and to visit the attractions around the French Quarters, bring good shoes. We did it but we are fairly fit and able bodied but I would not want to do that every day of my trip though as it wasn’t exactly convenient. Overall, stay duvet is fine.

Great stay. Wondeful apartment

As advertised. This was a great apartment. Clean, cozy, had everything we needed for a family of 6. Location was perfect in downtown Charleston. Easy, short drove to beaches, historic attractions, food, etc.

Very nice place!

It was very clean and parking in back of the house that was important to me. Its about a 15 minute walk to King Street that didn’t bother us we like to walk. I would be staying here again!

Great Stay

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean and communication with the host was super easy. The location is great and there are lots of great restaurants and cafes super close. You get all the amenities of a hotel with the convenience and additional space and privacy of a private home! I would not hesitate to rent any property run by this company in the future!

Girls trip in our early 40’s!

The house was perfect size for us 5 ladies. With two large bathrooms and an extra full size mirror we all had space to get ready. The water pressure was pretty low and did hinder the shower process but the bathrooms were great. Plenty of space for us to spread out as well. Location was convenient for the bars on King street. We also were able to walk to the market and rainbow row, which were closer to 2 miles but still doable. There was current construction right outside which did make for loud banging and noises early morning and traffic can get pretty busy on the street at certain times. Would still highly recommend.

Weekend in Charleston

We had a great time in Charleston and our stay at the Lawerence Suite was spectacular. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for our group of four. The location was in an area that is coming back so you have a great local feel with new shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the place.

Perfect place to stay.

My family of four (two teenagers) stayed here for a long weekend. It was a perfect location for getting around Charleston and local beaches. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed sitting on the porch. A nearby coffee shop was great for slipping out while the kids slept in.

Charmer in Charleston

All the bells and whistles in this charming home. Clean, comfortable and perfect spot for a wedding weekend. Great coffee shop near-by and a 10 minute walk to North King St. or short Uber rides to all the Charleston hot spots. We enjoyed coffee on the porch 😉
