This property was conveniently located near King St with nearby restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There was a lot of space for our group of friends to have their own spacious bedrooms and gather together in the centrally located living room. The only downside is the very narrow set of stairs that made it difficult to move heavy luggage to the unit.

Came to Charleston for our son’s wedding. House was clean and comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Location was close to great restaurants and shopping. Had rain all weekend but the porch was a great place to sit and visit with family protected from the rain.

Do not recommend, very disappointing stay

I would not recommend this rental based on the following issues:*very poor water pressure and lack of sufficient hot water *shaded in bedrooms very poor quality and do not block light that shines through from street all night *very loud location due to bar close by, very interrupted sleep late into night *2 bathrooms- but one is very tiny.*very small bedrooms lacking sufficient furniture to put clothes in*poor quality beds and bedding *furniture old and worn *lack of sufficient typical supplies - conditioner, lotion, sufficient paper towels etc. very low quality in supplies that were offered *owners seem to be monitoring us on cameras and require you to meet them to check in*keys required- so if multiple people arrive at different times/ come and go during your stay this is challenging to lock and unlock due to 2 keys*owners make you feel very unwelcome to stay in their property despite paying high price for quality for rental This is not a luxury rental and is worse than pictures show. You can get much better accommodations for same price.

Perfect for a Bachelorette Weekend

Such a wonderful stay in Charleston!

I stayed here with a few girlfriends for the weekend and it was such a great experience! We were met with our wonderful host who showed us around and was equally as excited for our stay as we were. They were so communicative and prompt with any questions starting from booking until our last day. 10/10 location as it’s so close to King Street and is surrounded but cute cafes and bars. Would recommend and would love to come back and stay at this property!!

Perfect for our family

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect in every way. The property manager met us on day one to welcome us and answer any questions we had. The property was clean, welcoming, warm, and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the market and waterfront. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for our memorable weekend!!

Fantastic Family vacation in Historic Charleston

This was our family’s second stay here. The location is perfect, a block from King street, close to all the historic houses, restaurants, etc. Clean property, well stocked kitchen, very confortable beds. We enjoyed the ease of the check-in and out, there was ample free parking for our group, washer and dryer. Many thanks to Miki for being a responsive and helpful host. We hope to be back!

Perfect location

Great Stay in Charleston

Just finished our stay at this property in Charleston and had a fantastic experience! The owner Miki was incredibly responsive, the booking process was easy and she answered all questions quickly. The home was exactly as advertised—very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and amenities provided were all in great condition. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charleston. Would definitely return!

Weekend away

The location was perfect for walking and exploring downtown Charleston. The bedrooms are quite small and only fit the beds, minimal space to keep luggage in room. We had 9 girls for a 4 day stay and the host only provided 4 trash bags and 4 rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay. When asking if she would supply more she said she only provides starter supplies which I think is ridiculous for the price of this apartment and something we haven’t come across previously with other renters.

Mystery Trip 2024

This was our 17th year of our Mystery trip. This year we chose Charleston. The property was lovely and very convenient to everything. The fact that it had parking was a big plus. The owners were very gracious. We had an awesome time touring and learning about Charleston.

Everything you need

Great location near the north end of King with several dining locations just a block or two away. Easy on and off from the highway. No need for a lengthy review… this VRBO has it all… just book it!
