This place is just as charming as the photos! Great layout for a group, with privacy and lovely living rooms.The location was perfect - we were steps away from everything, so that was a huge plus. And the hosts were incredible - very communicative with lots of fun perks to help you do the weekend just right! Hope to stay here again!

Great place, walking distance to King Street and many downtown restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated. Two story units were perfect for a family. Parking a bit tight for bigger vehicles. Nearby construction made it noisy during the day.

Extended family trip in a storm

The house was cute, comfy, and perfect for our extended family trip. There was space to sit together and also to be more independent as needed. We had a great stay here during Storm Debbie. The owners were great about communicating and said they would provide sand bags as needed. Two leaks sprung in the upstairs apartment due to the incredibly heavy rain, and they came by with extra towels so we wouldn't have to use our bath towels to dry the walls. Overall, we would recommend this house!

Very Good Place to Stay

Great place to stay. We rented both units for 2 infants and 7 adults. Comfortable beds. Great location - walkable to restaurants and bars and close to free DASH transit stops. Washer and dryer were convenient and it was nice to have an outdoor space.

Is there a better word than EXCEPTIONAL?!?!? If so, then I'd use that one!

I don't even know where to begin with all the positive things I have to say about this property. So I'm gonna start with the thing that stands out most to me...the people behind the rental of this beautiful home! I have never experienced the high level of customer service (and I have had a lot of great experiences) that I received from those managing this property. Their responsiveness to my many questions, issues that came up and them checking in on the many details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable was always prompt and thorough. They are kind, understanding, problem solvers, considerate and just wonderful to work with! They alone would be reason enough to rent this property and any other they manage! But the property itself was just perfect for our stay! We utilized both 3 bedroom/3 bath apartments for our family during our stay for my son's wedding. The beds are super comfortable, linens were clean and plentiful, furniture was beautiful and in good condition. The kitchen was a little small, but had just about everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The appliances were unique and perfect for the style and size of the kitchen! The living and dining area were spacious with adequate seating so we were able to gather comfortably as a large family. Bathrooms are smaller, but clean and nicely done. I could go on and on, but simply put...I'd stay here again! Location is golden!! Search no futher and book here...you won't regret it!

Holy send off

Got a group together to celebrate a friend's upcoming wedding. The 7 ofnus stayed on property. Everyone was impressed with the location. Walking distance to great bars, food and live music. Would definitely consider staying here again when coming back with my family.

Great house in a great location

Great house for exploring and enjoying Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, the location was easily within walking distance of bars and restaurants, and (perhaps most importantly) the AC provided a great relief from the hot Charleston weather! Would stay again and recommend to others.

Overall Very Good

Just got back from spending Thanksgiving in Charleston. The 2 apartments worked out well for our family. The noise level was a little louder than we were expecting from street noise and the lighting is very dim, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the apartments were very clean. Communication between the management company was also very easy.
