Wonderful week on the IOP

We enjoyed a wonderful week of family, sun and fun on the IOP in July 2024. The house was perfect for our family, plenty of bedrooms, walking to shops, food and the beach.

Beautiful house - good for large group

Positives- Stayed here with a group of 14 girls and had no issues with this house! Everything was clean and as described. Great location and the pool was nice and close by. Members of the realty team were available if needed via phone call in preparation for our trip and throughout - this was nice whenever we had questions. downsides- Felt a bit too costly. Check in was at the office a few blocks away- this could have been completed via email instead of making us walk between properties with all our luggage (we didn’t have a car).

Vacation at Isle of Palms

We really enjoyed our stay and the house. Lots of things we really loved. However, we were disappointed we were not given a few extra towels. Also, when we vacation we like to cook and eat in. This kitchen did not have appropriate tools to do so therefore we were forced to eat out. We would have loved better and more pots and pans as well as a crock pot or two.

Friends reunion

The house was a good layout for 5 couples. We had two twin bdrms that weren’t needed. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Need more kitchen utensils and knives and more pots and pans if you are cooking for a large group. April is a great time of year here but the party crowds in neighboring houses made things a little loud. In the summer it might mean late, sleepless nights.

Annual IOP Stay

Our Anniversary stay was fabulous! Plenty of room for all 12 of our friends & family! Just a short walk to anything! The only issue (that probably can’t be fixed) is that the house could stand to have a larger porch. We all love to sit outside & talk & laugh & such! Otherwise, the place was close to perfect!

Great way to bring in the New Year!

We loved our stay at Isle of Palms! We were walking distance to the beach as well as food. Plus catching a ride with Uber was very simple! The property was spacious for our group which was made up of married couples and single friends. We each had our own space and never felt on top of each other. We opted to eat at the house most meals so we brought our own food. The kitchen has items to cook, but we did end up washing a lot of dishes to be ready for the next meal. So if you plan on cooking you may want to come prepared. We had no issues with our stay, and would love to visit again!

Awesome location & beautiful house

Had a great experience staying at this home in Isle of Palms. Every room was clean and there were appliances/glassware available for usage. The shared pool was great when we took beach breaks and each time we had the pool to ourselves. Would certainly recommend this property to others.

Great beach property. Amazing location.

This is an ideal location for walking, biking or taking a golf cart to the beach/shops/restaurants. Slept 3 families easily. Allowed early check in - property managers communicated promptly. Just an FYI there are no beach towels and they were strict on the 10am check out which is very early and can be challenging.

Nice enough

Great location for families with little kids- beach, pool, playground and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of room and beds in the house. Bare bones without any extras- 1 towel per bed, no beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, salt and pepper etc. Definitely more a rental company run vibe than family run. Rental company didn't answer phone calls or vrbo msg prior to arrival, had to text to get response. Was not as clean as expected (sand on floor when checked in, cigarette butts all over the driveway and a few on the way up the entrance stairs, a lot of pots and pans needed to be washed before using, bathroom rugs hadn't been cleaned). Overall though was very affordable for the area and we had a nice time! Would book again, just not luxury.
