The view was probably the best feature of this unit. Other than that, the space itself was a bit disappointing, unfortunately.Although the photos were accurate, the carpet in the master bedroom was stained in many places, and wet in two when we arrived, which gave us an immediate feeling of "ew." The furnishings were okay (i.e., met the needs of the 5 of us), but when I read before booking that the unit had been remodeled, I assumed the furniture, etc. was new or newish. It didn't appear that way to us.During our stay, someone had vomited in the stairwell and left it there. I reported it the next day, but it was never cleaned up and the smell was disgusting. We avoided the stairs for the remainder of our stay.We ordered beach chairs on two days. The process was fine, easy. The chairs themselves are from the '40s, I think - old, wooden, very narrow, and you can't lay on your stomach on them. Also, we've been to Isle of Palms many times, but I didn't realize this section of the beach collects as much (ocean) debris as it does.I always appreciate having enough of the basics to last throughout our stay (5 1/2 days, in this case). They tell you up front they provide enough of a few things to get you started (2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels), but we did have to buy more. Not even salt and pepper was provided. For what we paid, we expected a really nice unit/building, and this was not the case. Hopefully, future guests will have a better experience.

Great time at the beach

Honestly we had a wonderful time during our stay. Beach access was very easy and pool nice and close. Only problem at the pool was there was only two fobs to gain access and the security man at the pool wanted a fob for each person. I did notify property mgr. Also, I am VERY fussy about cleanliness and I would have given it a 5 star except for the carpets in the bedrooms. They need to be replaced with vinyl flooring like the rest of the house. The kitchen was very clean. Refrig, cabinets and drawers. I would replace nonstick pots and pans. Had all we needed to cook our meals. Bathrooms nice and clean as well. Beds very comfortable and bed linens clean. We made some beautiful memories and will definitely return in the future.

Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well stocked for our long weekend with cups and dishes etc… the communication with the staff throughout was wonderful. We enjoyed being right in the beach and also being close to the pool. Overall it was an amazing trip.

Perfect beach house for a family getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect beach house and vacation. Our kids had an amazing time—especially enjoying the pool and collecting seashells at the beach! The shaded kiddie pool was perfect for our 3-year-old, and the sand peninsula in front of the resort was such a cool spot, filled with tidal pools to explore. The house itself had everything we needed, with super comfortable beds and great sleep conditions. We made so many special memories here and hope to come back!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful, serene stay here! Communication with the host was fantastic! We knew everything we needed to know about checking in and out by text. And any questions were answered quickly. It was just myself and my 2 kids. We felt very safe at this condo. The views were amazing and the walk to the beach was so easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The washer and dryer was very nice to have too and was clean and functional! It was also very spacious. The condo looked as if it had been recently updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice! I would recommend this to friends and family and will be back!

Great location, amazing views

Our family of 6 (4 preteens/teenagers) really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well appointed & the owners/mgmt company was always quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything (ex: the internet/wifi is great in the back half of the condo but spotty/weak in kitchen/living area. I texted asking about an extender or other option and they replied back w/in minutes with a solution/work around that worked right away) . We hope to return again in the future and stay here. Great views, great beach, great property & location all around.

Beautiful Noise

Lying in bed listening to the grandchildren watching their cartoons in the morning and the waves on the beach. Couldn't have been a more beautiful noise. the condo was very clean well organized. Beds were very comfortable, had plenty of blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. The view out the side window overlooking the pool, was great. The sling doors overlooking the Ocean was picture perfect We certainly would stay again.

Would stay here again

Lovely beachfront condo with easy access to the beach. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked. It was nicely decorated and clean. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star for cleanliness is because I found a used baby bottle under the corner of the couch and the balcony windows and glass doors could have been cleaned. What I was most impressed with though was the communications with the booking agent and the owners. There was very clear directions and quick responses to any questions that I had.

Loved this VIEW! Loved the layout, Loved the location, if it weren’t for the daily construction from the building next door, with noise beginning at 7:30 on the nose, this review would be all 5stars, and how can the hosts help that? I’ll tell you- when you close the heavy glass doors you can hardly hear it and it’s unnoticeable from the beach. We did not come to isle of palms to stay inside but this place is spacious and well appointed enough with that spectacular sweeping view to enjoy even being indoors. We will be back!

Very nice

A couple of cabinetry doors/drawers in kitchen and bathroom could use some attention. Carpet in master suite is a little stained. Overall though, a lovely place - excellent view!
