My family and I enjoyed the beautiful condo with lively amenities. My grandson found a puzzle in the tv cabinet and we all worked diligently to complete it before we left, which was a awesome family gathering!!

Always a wonderful stay!

Our fourth time staying here and it is consistently one off the best vacation rentals. The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Lynn is an amazing hostess and has put a lot of thought into the condo and making it comfortable for her guests - from the welcome gift to the furnished kitchen, beach towels, linens, furniture, you name it. We love coming here. The Shipwatch pool is great and beach access is easy. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, the host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would return again, the unit is very tastefully decorated with great community amenities. It was close to restaurants and shopping, we enjoyed the gated community and peaceful atmosphere.

Amazing Trip

Our time in Isle of Palms was perfect, thanks in large part to our accommodations. Lynn is the ultimate hostess, providing us with everything we need and more. From the welcome bag to the laundry detergent, beach towels, kitchen gadgets and zip lock bags, Lynn has thought of everything to make a vacation memorable. I highly recommend staying here and will gladly come back!!

Family Reunion on IOP

We had a fun week on the IOP. This villa is lovely and was very well stocked with supplies. Our host was very helpful during our planning stage and stayed in touch to insure we had everything we needed. She even checked on us after a storm blew through. Check in and out was very simple.

Our Bookclub Blast!

Our Bookclub has stayed here for the past 4 years. It is an amazing stay. It is always so clean, so immaculate, and packed with everything you might need for your stay. No trudging loads of household products with you for your week. They have everything your heart desires. Lynn, the owner is easy to contact and answers your questions quickly. She has let us in early…when it can be done effectively….so that we can start our vacay as soon as we get there! It is a treasure for us! We will keep coming back…..

Exceptional Stay with Fantastic Amenities

Where to start???!! This is probably one of the best, if not the best VRBO rental my family has ever booked. It was sparkling clean, gorgeous, with ample space, comfortable accommodations, and spectacular ocean views. We loved the location, it was quiet and a removed located on one of the best beach locations (tidal pools and sandbars galore) on the island, yet close enough for us to enjoy the wonderful amenities at the Sweet Grass Inn located just down the beach or biking path. Lynn was an exceptional host who has thought of every detail and we were surprised by all the wonderful resort amenities left in the villa to make our stay comfortable. In addition to the gorgeous beach, Shipwatch also offers a fantastic pool, is located in a quiet serene area, but is still close to the Wild Dunes amenities which are fantastic as mentioned before. Isle of Palms is also a great location to have as your home base when exploring Charleston and the surrounding areas. Our advice, book this villa, rent some beach bikes, and beach chairs/umbrellas, and prepare yourself for an epic beach vacation and enjoy of a slice of east coast paradise.

Exceptional property and amenities provided!

This property is absolutely lovely! Well decorated, well appointed with everything we needed for our friends' reunion! The host was very responsive and helpful, providing us with restaurant descriptions and all the information we needed to be completely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, and I'll be recommending it to other friends and family. Can't say enough good about the whole experience.

Perfect!

This condo had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all amenities you could think of, location was nice and quiet! The patio furniture was super comfortable! Complex is nice as well! Playground is no longer there but I am assuming they will replace it with something. Only downside is pool is not heated but nothing in that area is. Would for sure stay again!

Short winter getaway

We felt our rental was considerably over priced.We have been staying on the Isle of Palms for 26 years usually staying 1-3 months in a larger condominium near this unit. While this unit was well supplied it was considerably under our expectation.

Wonderful villa

We had a great 9 day stay at this villa and enjoyed all of it with our family. Lynn is a terrific host and was helpful to our every need. The kitchen is the best stocked of any we've ever stayed and we've stayed in many, many places. The beds are very comfortable and the place was spotless. We appreciated the gift package very much and will highly recommend this villa to any family or couple.

November Beach Getaway

Our stay was a lovely experience from start to finish. Lynn is an amazing host, incredibly attentive and responsive to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. The accommodations are very clean and updated with easy beach access and terrific ocean views. The unit contains anything you could possible need during your stay. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

The location, amenities, comfort level are outstanding for this rental. The bedding, towels, soft and luxurios mattresses, even flashlights to help with those late evening walks on the beach make you feel like this is your home form the moment you enter. The pots, pans, and stovetop have been abused by previous renters, but didn't slow the cooking at all. But if your not into cooking a couple of evenings, High Thyme and the Obstinanat Daughter are great dinner options.

Annual family reunion

2 couples and 97 year old grandma stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful stay. The place is well maintained, beautiful, and has all the amenities we wanted. Also the host sent us a step stool so Grandma could get in the bed which was a little high for her. I would definitely stay here again.
