  • ¡Uno de los mejores de Folly! Curva del norte por el mar es el nombre de la ciudad natal de los propietarios que aman a sus hijos y nietos en la playa. Te invitan a compartir su hogar lejos del hogar. Esta gran casa de 5 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños tiene mucho espacio cómodo para estirarse y relajarse. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para construir maravillosos recuerdos familiares!

    Cuando entras en la casa ves electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran mesa de cocina. Fuera de la sala de estar es un dormitorio con dos camas individuales conectadas por un baño Jack y Jill a una segunda habitación de la planta baja con una cama doble y una vista frente al mar. La sala de familia abierta muy grande tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, chimenea de gas y muchos asientos cómodos y hermosas vistas del océano. Hay un medio baño fuera de la habitación familiar y dos juegos de puertas que conducen fuera de la casa hacia la terraza trasera. Una de las puertas conduce al gran porche y otra a la enorme terraza, ambas frente al océano. Arriba, encontrará un sofá cama y 3 dormitorios más y 2 baños completos. También hay un bonito balcón abierto que es ideal para sentarse y ver pasar el mundo. Con 1 ducha al aire libre, una hamaca y un montón de terrazas, todo frente al océano, ¡este es realmente el lugar perfecto para una gran reunión familiar!

We had 6 adults, a 1 year old and a dog. This house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, great bathroom availability and it was fantastic to walk out the back door and be on the beach. It was all we wanted it to be. We cooked in for most of our meals and the kitchen had what we needed. Everything worked smoothly with the host to rent the property and get access to the house. Easy peasy.Ed

Beautiful Family Style Cottage on the Beach

Great place to stay "on the beach" with family. We had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Beautiful view!

Peaceful was just what we needed

Awesome location. Woke up to the view of the ocean every morning..coffee on the deck..gorgeous sunrises and right on the beach. Very pleasant and quiet part of the community.

On the beach oasis

On the quiet end of Folly Beach, very chill and laid back. The deck stairs are on the beach that we had to ourselves.

Full of characteristic.

We had a great time here. House was an older home but in great shape. There was a lot of characteristic to this house. We’d definitely stay again! Everyone enjoyed, even the pups.

Wonderful home right on the beach. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Great kitchen. Comfy living area. Lots of windows to see the ocean. Great deck. Steps from tne beach.

Location is GREAT technology is outdated and outdoor seating needs replaced to be able to take advantage of the large deck.

Lovely Home Away From Home

Even though the weather was less than desirable for a beach vacation, we had a great stay at North Bend by the Sea. The property was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 3 pups, being inside more than we’d wished. We would certainly be interested in a return trip!

Great house for family vacay. Outdoor space and beach access good. Bedroom/bathroom arrangement good for multiple families with dogs. Few minor repairs needed to screened in porch.

The location was perfect! The house was clean. There was a bit of confusion on the layout of the bedrooms. Our only real complaint was we kept running out of hot water which was very frustrating. We kept trying to stagger showers and laundry but inevitably a few of us were always getting cold showers.

Wonderful!

If I had any complaints it would be about the weather (chilly!), otherwise our week at this home was perfect. There were plenty of towels, dishes, cook wear, seating areas, and we LOVED the huge front porch, especially for our pup! Three bedrooms with beach view was a huge perk. Washer and dryer worked great. We will totally stay here again if the occasion arises.

Great location, could use upgrades

The house had plenty of space, was clean and very nice location on beach. It would help if the driveway was paved so we were not constantly sweeping up sand. The house needs better lighting, very dark.

Much needed getaway

This is our first time booking the property. I have five children ages 19,18,14,10 and 7. We also had my parents meet us for vacation. We brought along our two dogs that are more like family. I can not begin to tell anyone looking at this property how amazing it is for any and everyone. I have absolutely NO complaints. Every single detail was ahhhhhmazing!! This property is a gem!! Don’t sleep on it, it is worth every penny!

Mixed feelings

The property was clean and well maintained. It would have been nice to have a more detailed description of the layout, or plan, of the house; one description listed 4 bedrooms, instead of 5, as well as a "daybed" on the 2nd floor. Access to the beach was very problematic, with the large boulders and debris that we had to climb over to get down to the sand. We had two people fall over the rocks during our stay, fortunately without serious injury. Internet connection was intermittent and didn't work much at all in the evenings. The rental charges plus "additional" fees and taxes were too high, and would have ordinarily been prohibitive for us at another time.

Great house & location, poor management company

We had a great stay at the house, it was bigger than pictured, clean, the location was amazing. It was missing beach chairs, you would think a house on the ocean would provide those, but besides that our stay was wonderful. We did have a very poor experience with the rental management company upon check in. The house was completely vacant before our arrival, no one checked out that day, the cleaning was done... and yet they said we could not check in early unless we paid a $114 fee, and if we paid the fee we can check in 2 hours early. We have several properties ourselves on VRBO for 10+ years and are frequent travelers... and NEVER have I heard of an early check in fee, let alone one as steep as $114. Especially since the house was just sitting there unoccupied & clean. We have always allowed guests to check in early as a kind thing to do... not to try & gouge them for more money. Even hotels allow early check in if the room is ready. We had hundreds of dollars of catering food leftover from our sons wedding the night before and they wouldn't even allow us to throw it in the fridge so it didn't spoil. So much for southern hospitality! I would recommend they find a new rental management company that cares about their guests and isn't trying to make a extra buck any way possible.

Wonderful!

We spent five days together in this wonderful beachfront home and had an amazing stay. The trip was for my mothers 94th Birthday. The group included her children and grandchildren. The layout worked well for our group and the outside porches were wonderful. The weather was perfect, sunny and in the high 70’s everyday and we felt like we had a private beach.
