Pros and cons:Pros: location location location. The proximity to the beach and pool, as well as the view is terrific. And can’t be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with items( not food) you will need if you want to cook. Three barrooms was a a benefit for my party. No need to share bathrooms. There were plenty of beach towels. The washer and dryer seemed very new and too qualityLG. The pool as well maintained and clean. Was a terrific place at high tide and when you need a break from the beach.Cons: the first impression, after looking at pictures, is disappointing. The entrance door is delaminating at the bottom, and at night you can see light all along the edge of the door as the seals on the door and door frame are non existent. The description of the property says newly remodeled….in the 80s?(although the property was very clean). There were no complaints on the guest bedrooms, but the master king bed. It is a memory foam, which was fine but there was a hump in the middle. Ie it’s was not flat except on the edges. The beach, be aware of the tide tables. High tide effectively comes up to the top of the usable beach. After about an hour of high tide it is usable again. And it also seemed buggier with no seeums in the evening.Overall we had a great stay. We picked the property for the pool and beach location.which did not disappoint. For the price I think there are better values if the proximity to the pool and beach are not as important.

We had a lovely stay. The view is amazing. We spent lots of time sitting on both of the balconies enjoying the sights. The location is great. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. The house was well stocked. We had all the dishes and supplies we could need to cook a few meals in.

If no stars was available we would give negative - this unit was completely infested with fruit flies - all over the unit - all over the kitchen, in the bedrooms, in the bathrooms in the showers even. You could not sit still in the unit without fruit flies landing all over you, landing in any food or coffee - it was unfit to rent, yet they did and it was disgusting. You could not make any food, and you could not be in the unit without fruit flies flying all over the unit. We sent a note and they sent out a pest control person, the last day mind you, who confirmed the infestation, The operators of the unit seemed to know there was a "bug" problem, as there were Zevo plugs in everywhere. The only place that there were no bugs was outside on the balcony! There was no functioning garbage disposal and no pantry nor any cooking supplies even if you did want to make any food. We have requested a refund, and so far they have only refunded 150 for our troubles. Totally unacceptable. Do not rent this unit from this company.

The Artist's Palate exceeded all our expectations. Communication was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The views were amazing and the pool and the beach with the sandbar were perfect for laid back family fun. We can't wait to come back!

Great spot!

We went on a family trip here with 3 couples. Everyone had ample space in their room and everything was very clean. Kitchen could be slightly more stocked- there were no regular seasonings not even salt and pepper. Coffee maker is TINY for a condo meant to sleep up to 8 adults, definitely need a bigger pot. That is our ONLY complaint. Everything else was delightful. The property is serene and peaceful. Very quiet community. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing getaway

We loved Artists Palette! It’s an amazing condo. I’m not sure why there were some negative comments on it, but we had NOTHING but positive things to say about it. Plenty of room for my family and condo was very clean. The views of the ocean were amazing and I loved watching the sunrise in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Ship watch august

The place is really nice. The beach is really nice. We had an unfortunate incident. The first day the pool was closed because the telephone at the pool was not working, but it was fixed quickly no umbrellas allowed at the pool so no shade areas at the pool would be nice if they had some areas of shade around the pool The unit itself was great lived up to expectations. Everything in the kitchen was neat and organized easy to find things. The only thing they could improve on is replacing the front door. It was not easy to get in when you locked the door. We had to try two or three times it kept getting caught, the door is in bad shape. The lock is even worse.

Great Vacation Getaway

This vacation rental was more than we had even hoped for! The location was perfect. It is a very quiet property. The beach is pristine and not overcrowded We enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the 3 decks. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities and starter supplies. All rooms were clean and stocked with extra blankets and pillows. There is a grocery store and restaurants close by. Great space for a family!!

Moderate, waterfront beach condo.

We have stayed on the island many times. The first concern was the elevator, I had to walk up to the 4th floor after the beach! The living room and kitchen are very tight, not quite the description of sleeping 8. I suggest no more than 6 people. The wifi didn't work, the office did attempt to repair. The washer and dryer need to be updated, towels wouldn't dry. The bed linen needs to be updating too.
