Perfect room size and kitchen! The screened in porch is lovely. It’s everything you need for a beach trip! We loved how close it was to get to and from the beach.

Enjoyed our stay, very spacious, comfortable, nice view of Ocean. Would come back, very relaxing stay. Not much to do on the Island, but knew that going into it.

We loved the 1 minute (or less) walk to the beach! We could see the ocean from the patio and living room. We loved our stay and Alec was easy to get in touch with when we had a question.

The condo was perfect for us. Its size and layout was just right for a couple of weeks in IOP. In addition to a beautiful view of the water and pool, the setup gave us plenty of space to cook, eat, play games at night and sleep comfortably!

We loved this condo so much! Clean, cozy and comfortable with everything you need! You can't beat this proximity to the beach and the screened in porch is perfect for reading and sipping your morning coffee. We are picky but this condo really has it all if you are looking for comfort and ease of going to the pool or beach. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was a great size and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and so close - right out the door! We could not get over all the wildlife we found at the beach - sand dollars, starfish and dolphins were our favorites! Only down sides for us: the pool wasn’t open to swim in and the primary bed was way too soft for our liking. I was able to take the topper off and that helped a lot! We would love to stay here again!!!

This place was beautiful, clean and just what you need for a wonderful vacation. The view was perfect, you could see the sunrise as well as the pool. The beds were comfortable. The couch was so comfortable as well. Everything was clean.

Perfect location and condo for our relaxing weekend. The condo and facilities were just like described. Two-minute walk to the beach and we especially enjoyed the screen porch. Definitely hope to find time to return in the future!

Beautiful ocean view. Nice amenities and comfortable beds. Would have been nice to have a welcome book to explain the condo workings. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Wonderful location and stay.

Great location. Condo was nicely equipped with everything you would need for the inside and nice beach chairs to carry to the beach which was only a few quick steps away. Quality rental and we would definitely stay here again. Great all around amenities and comfort

What an absolute amazing experience. Exactly as described and so convenient for the pool and beach. Easy trip into Charleston for the Market and King St., and a short trip to some amazing beachside food like Coconut Joe’s. Highly recommend and will be planning my next trip.

Place was exactly as described. Nothing fancy but everything was clean, well-stocked, with some nice extra little touches. There were beach chairs already there. Location is outstanding. Walk out your porch on you are on the beach in 30 seconds. The management group was also excellent. Great communication including a couple personalized phone calls to make sure everything was good and that we didn't have any questions. I would certainly rent this condo again. Beautiful beach as well.
