Great place to stay for family vacation!

We loved our stay here. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed its close proximity to downtown and kings street. Will stay again soon!

This is the perfect location! We loved this home it felt very Charleston and worked perfectly for our family of four and small pup! We were able to comfortably walk to all the must stops of Charleston! Would highly recommended this property!

We enjoyed our stay. The best part was it was within walking distance to every where we wanted to go. Restaurant and bars were enjoyable.

Perfect Charleston Location

Fantastic location

By far one of the best locations to stay at. You're close to everything that makes Charleston so soecial. Our place was clean and the host was readily available.

Location! Location! Location!

Let me start out by saying you will not find a better location to the markets and downtown Charleston. Rental - loved the decor. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and main bathroom has been nicely remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Comfortable Lodging

This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and located within walking distance to several restaurants, historical landmarks, and stores. The stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep, so be mindful of that if you have anyone staying with you who has physical limitations. Beautifully decorated with cozy beds and a nice view of the courtyard.

This property was the perfect getaway for two women to enjoy a few days in Charleston. We were able to walk to shopping and dinner without worrying about safety. Perfect location! And the decor was so tasteful and beautiful. Overall we could not have been more pleased.

Christmas Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing vacation for Christmas. The place is just as listed on the inside. And the best part is: location, location, location. Could not have been better. I highly recommend to anyone trying to get the most out of Charleston.

Live like a local!

This was our tenth trip to Charleston and it was wonderful. This location cannot be beat. The proximity is amazing. The place feels like you’re at home. The courtyard is great. Would highly recommend.

Best of Charleston

A lovely property with soaring ceilings French doors and infused with light. Well furnished with a great kitchen and up-to-date appliances. Comfy beds. The best feature however is the location which is unbeatable.

Perfect location and space

My mom, sister, niece and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Everything was exactly as expected. Location was AMAZING! We walked everywhere. Neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommend this property. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Great location!

Very clean, comfortable. We were 3 women for a ladies weekend. Easily walked to restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion would be more mirrors in the rooms for multiple women getting ready at the same time ☺️

Location very near the market

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo to others because of its proximity to downtown. This is a bare minimum place to stay. There wasn't even soap in every bathroom nor more than 2 glasses in the cabinet. But if you know that going in when you rent this unit and focus on the location you will be happy. It was very clean and had comfortable beds.

Location is very central. Garbage at 5:30 daily is annoying but managable. Very nice place. Had an issue with water being turned off by neighbors construction project but resolved very quickly. Would use again. ..

Lovely place to stay

This spot was very cozy and perfect for two couples who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. The location is walkable to just about everything. The host was very hospitable. Home was extremely clean. My only complaint was the trash being picked up every day right outside the window in the very early morning. Bring a sound machine and you’ll be fine!
