We plan a family trip every Christmas to Kiawah. We love to stay in the Mariners Watch properties . Unfortunately this property is not well taken care of. There was a leak in the ceiling and the condo smelled of mold. The pots and pans were dirty. There were no hangers in closets . The towel racks in the bathroom fell off the wall in 2 bathrooms. We are very disappointed for the amount of money we spent. The location is great but the property needs some care.

Great Vacation home

Great location, clean and comfortable vacation home. Great access to the beach and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. My only gripe is I wish the rental company had been more forthcoming in telling me that there were indeed beach chairs and beach towels available in the home when I called to inquire. Instead they said I needed to rent them from the company they endorsed. They offered $280 credit to rent from them and if I knew I would have used the credit more efficiently.

Great property in perfect location

Our family loved our stay … a great property, steps from the beach. Well maintained, nice layout and very comfortable. Location was perfect, not only because of proximity to beach but also quick walk to market, pool, basketball, trails, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Picture Perfect

My sisters and Mother and I had an incredible long weekend in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect, with a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the home is comfortable and gorgeous. There isn't really a beach view from the back porch because of the dunes, but you can feel the breeze and hear the waves (and see the water from inside the home). The beds are comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay steps to gorgeous beach.

Best location by far in kiawah. Nothing beats oceanfront and this unit did not disappoint. Beautifully renovated with tasteful, quality furnishings. Sit in your balcony and feel the ocean breeze.

Great Vacation Rental

My family and I loved our time at this unit. The location was excellent and the overall unit was in great condition. The unit could’ve been a tad bit cleaner; also note - the fitted sheet on the master bed is too small - it wouldn’t fit the four corners of the bed and popped off every night. Not a big issue, but should be addressed. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the unit was well appointed. We’ll be back!

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was beautifully decorated, well cleaned, excellent location on the beach. We had a great time on our stay. The only hiccups we had were when we arrived, we were given a key code that didn’t work and had to call night management, who gave us a different code. Another issue we had was that some of the showers ran out of hot water quickly. Other than that., we really did have an enjoyable stay at this Vrbo.

Great Family Vacation

We rented this villa as a multi-generation family getaway to celebrate my parents' retirement. It was perfect! Great access to the amazing beaches, close to great restaurants, beautiful views. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has everything you need to cook in if you choose not to go out for meals. We had two young kids (4 and 2) with us, and the location of the villa made it really easy to go to the beach for a few hours and be back for lunch and nap. Just keep in mind this villa does not have access to the Resort pool (and there's really no give on that from the Resort - we did call and ask) - which is really awesome for kids. That said, the beaches are spectacular for kids and this villa costs a LOT less than the ones you can rent through the Resort. We'd love to come back some time! We loved Kiawah and we loved this villa!
