The staff member Eve went above and above to make sure that I was accommodated and helped fix my messed-up reservation. She was so nice and demonstrated extreme patience with me, and I witnessed her ability to be patient and kind to other customers who were not exactly kind back to her. She is very much Management material.
The room was good for the 6 days that I was there to visit with my son, who is in the Navy and could not get leave to come home for Christmas.
The location was good for me and my trips to pick up and drop off my son for duty. This being said, there was a need for a little more deep cleaning from housekeeping as the couch was not vacummed in the crease for the futon type couch/bed so I did not fold it out to sleep on and just slept on it as a couch so my son could sleep in the bed since he only gets to sleep in "racks" type of bed. The day I arrived, I saw the exterminator there and was on alert for bugs. I did not actually see bugs until the 4th day in, and then I started noticing a couple of baby ones, followed by adult ones. I used my tire inflator to blow out all of my things and loaded them into the car. I washed and dried all of my clothes and sprayed the room with bug/sanitizer spray that I carry with me for my hotel stays. Our family travels all over the US for sports competitions and to visit sons in the Army and Navy. I am in my upper 60's and could have used the actual fold-out bed. The laundry was very nice and on-site.
