This house was gorgeous. It was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need. It was conveniently located, just a short walk across A1A to the beach and an easy drive into Historic Saint Augustine. Steven the host was very communicative letting us know we could check in early. I would highly recommend.

Lovely Charleston Stay

Great location for girls trip

Had just what we needed to enjoy our short girls trip. It was nice having individual rooms and full baths to ourselves. Very easy check in and hosts stayed in touch in case we needed anything.

Precious house!

We rented several of the homes on the property for a large wedding and it was perfect. The house was decorated so cute. The service of the staff was amazing and so accommodating. We would definitely rent from them again!

This guesthouse was just perfect for us! The four separate bedrooms with their own baths was awesome! Easy walks to most places. Fabulous way to turn 60!

Graduation Weekend

Overall the house was great and was perfect for our family stay for Graduation Weekend. I would definitely recommend but 2 small issues were cable TV’s did not work properly all weekend and the portable AC in the family room was loud. Outside of those 2 minor issues, it was great and would book again in the future.

Business Trip

We had four guys go look at a business and instead of staying at a hotel we decide to stay in this house. Everything worked out awesome, great location, parking is a little tight but other than that it was awesome highly recommend.

A week in the city

We enjoyed our visit to the "green door" house. It was very well situated to walk to downtown, get dinner/drinks or take a walk around the university campus (nice cool shaded area).

We reserved this Guesthouse last February for 4 couples to celebrate New Years together. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. The Guesthouse was so clean and comfortable. We could easily walk to King Street and the Maket.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Our daughter got married next door at Cannon Green so the property was extremely convenient and met all our needs. It was nice that each bedroom had a bath (very small). The front porch was great since folks stopped by during the week. Overall it was a nice place and we would stay there again without hesitation.

Sibling Getaway

Four siblings and spouses got together in Charleston for a couple of days. The house was lovely and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again. There are lots of small local spots to eat, have coffee, or shop nearby, but you may not notice them if you don’t get out and walk around the block.

Adorable place

This place is super cute and the inside is renovated and feels brand new. Only downside is that one room has crumbling windowpanes so bugs can get in, and the private parking spots are not so private when drunken people start desperately searching for spots at night, but that’s not their fault. Overall the place is fantastic and a great find. Highly recommend.

Lovely Guest House

Great location, very clean, lovely home! Pros: walkability to King St, great restaurants nearby! Loved Bistronomy about 3 blocks away, one of our favorite meals. Bourbon and Bubbles, so close and great nightcaps. Halls Chophouse was great, as was Leon’s Oyster bar, all easy walking distance. Cons: very small bathroom sinks and no toaster, which is an extremely minor inconvenience.

The property was very well stocked. Spotless. Comfortable beds. Wonderful for multiple couples or sisters/friends trip. 4 bedrooms each with private baths and a half bath off hall. Great location. And quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner. Quick and responsive

Great location and perfect for multiple couples

The property was very clean and had nice linens and perfect that each bedroom was ensuite. Loved the outside swing and seating area on the porch. Only complaint was the dishwasher wouldn't start upon leaving early in the morning.
