So cute inside! Loved all the added light accents and the attention to making the guest feel welcome with snacks and other available necessities. She even had a beach mat and towels available for our beach day!

The name says it all.

The name says it all. It’s a cozy town house. Nicely placed far enough outside of Charleston to be quiet but close enough to get everywhere you need to go. This was my first booking with VRBO and everything was great. Very pleased.

We were very happy with our time at this home! The location was excellent - convenient to both Folly Beach and the Mt Pleasant areas, and downtown. It was clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed it!

Perfect!

This Cozy Townhouse is all it was advertised to be! Plenty of space and amenities including a fenced yard for the dog! Victoria is wonderful & communicated with us regularly. She was flexible when we needed to arrive late which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Home away from home

A colleague and I stayed here before attending a work conference. The townhouse has everything one will need while away from home. Victoria was wonderful to work with and gave us some great recommendations. I highly recommend staying here! local suggestions!

Cozy Retreat

Very clean property with all the little extra touches you would like. We were very comfy and had no problem commuting to various activities. The neighborhood is a bit sketch, but it was super quiet and the people very nice. We would stay again for sure.

Great communication with hostess. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Mattresses were very comfortable. Thank you Victoria for the great communication, snacks, accommodation , the the extra personal touches, anything you can think of is provided. Met our needs well

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this listing matched our needs for a reasonably priced alternative to a hotel. The host was exceptionally great at fast communications and flexibility with adding an additional day. 5 stars for that most definitely! The place is about a 1/2 hr to an hour (depending on traffic and crowds) to the beaches or into downtown Charleston. But super close to grocery stores and some local restaurant options. Very nice to have a place with on site parking but the neighborhood itself was a bit rough. Grass overgrown everywhere and some interesting people milling around. The townhouse was ok. The highlight was by far the super comfy beds.

Very nice home

It was very clean and neat. One thing that we do have to mention is that none of the chairs were comfortable to sit for any length of time, nor was the sofa.

Charleston Visit

The townhouse was as described, the owner even let us check in an hour early. The place was very comfortable, she even left out snacks and water for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Short getaway

At first I thought this property was further away from downtown Charleston (approx 15 min drive) than I would have liked. But as it turned out - it was really relaxing and a relief to getaway from the crowds and bustle from all the tourists. Close to shopping and other stores, in a nice relaxing neighborhood.

convenient to everything

We had a lovely stay here. The townhouse is small but has a perfect backyard for dogs with a high fence. The owner was amazing when it came to correspondence as she responded almost immediately to questions. The only recommendation I would make is smaller furniture in the living room to make it more accommodating for more than 2 people.

Exceptional

We enjoyed everything about this property. The updates to the kitchen and floors were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The fenced back yard was nice for our little dog. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. Having a half bath on the main floor was very convenient.

All the comforts of home!

Victoria is awesome and has a cute place! She responded quickly when we sent her messages and gave us clear communication about check in, check out and house rules. 😊 The home was incredibly clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The first couple days we were in town, were warm enough to grill dinner on the grill in the fenced in back yard. The indoor wood burning fireplace was a welcome feature for the last few nights when it got cold enough to snuggle up with our doggie, in front of the fire while watching a movie. The city of Charleston was a short 15 min drive and we had a great time enjoying all that the city had to offer. We will definitely be back.
