Perfect place to stay for our girls visit to historic Charleston. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Charleston. Check in and checkout was smooth. Property was clean, comfortable and was as described in listing.

The property location worked well for us and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. He even went out of his way to get an appliance we were expecting to be available.Pictures are an accurate representation of the condition and layout of the home.

Family trip to visit family

Lovely place to stay really handy location for us as are family live just around the corner. Also a great location with Charleston and Folly Beach a short drive away

The house was great for our family. Perfect size and everything we needed was available. Great area and 20 minute drive in all directions.. Grocery store and Walmart are available right down the street.. Johnathon our host was great, easy and quick communication.. I love how simple everything was in the house.. very open and airy. I will say the air works great!! It gets really cold, perfect for the hot humid days outside…

James Island - Charleston Visit

Great accommodations and a great location. Easy drive into Charleston or Folly Beach. Extremely close restaurants and other amenities. Jonathon was a great host, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

We stayed in early October for a girls trip. Location was convenient. House was perfect for what we needed. Jonathan was very accommodating to our needs. He has a nice big driveway to park your car.

Short trip with family

Great Stay

Family vacation

We were in town to visit our son. The house was conveniently located to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Very peaceful location as well as a comfortable and clean home. Will definitely stay again.

Talk about a hidden gem! This house was perfect for the whole family. Everything was clean and looked so nice. This was a spot that made you feel at home in the neighborhood and it was pretty centrally located to many attractions in Charleston - 15 min to Folly Beach, 15 to Patriots Point, and many other spots were an easy drive. Whole yard was fenced in and that was a big plus when traveling with the family pet. Even has doggie bags out back to help keep the yard clean. One thing I really enjoyed was the outdoor shower - come in from the beach and can clean off even before you step foot in the house. Perfect. Overall, this was an enjoyable experience and made the vacation stress free and relaxing. 10 out of 10 would book and stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Spot

We were in Charleston for a wedding with 2 adult children. The location was great, convenient to James Island, Folly Beach, and downtown Charleston. The house was clean and inviting, beds comfy, and there were no strange rules! We'd definitely stay again.

We have never stayed in a rental that was as well supplied as this on. Jonathan was very generous with consumables, even purchasing a box of Girl Scout cookies to share with our visiting grandkids. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. It was a very comfortable stay in a low traffic neighborhood that was perfect for walking, and there were many stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Folly Beach was only 15 minutes away, although on our last day there the weather was beautiful and traffic was quite heavy - would recommend going early.
James County Park, 8 minutes away with an excellent dog park.
Seat Turtles at James County Park.
We saw three alligators at James County Park, locals were unfazed.
