Great long weekend!

This home was perfect for our long weekend away! 6 adults (3 couples) we're able to have privacy but a great central living area to hang out and talk. Close to activity (just a few blocks) but it was nice being of the main streets.

Great Space

We were a group of colleagues who enjoyed staying at this home. The bedrooms are private with two ensuites on the bottom floor and then a shared bathroom for the two bedrooms on the top floor. The common space on the middle floor was spacious enough for us to enjoy meals together and hang out. There are plenty of stairs but was no issue for our team. Would stay here again!

Short week in Charleston

I was not familiar with Charleston, so I did not know where we wanted to be. After a little research, King Street seemed like the place. Or group aged 27-85 and it work for all. Older folks in 2 bedrooms downstairs, "youngsters" on the 3rd floor. Everyone was able to walk to King Street, the free DASH bus system was easy to navigate, and drivers quite helpful, for those who couldn't walk the distance home, and it was safe for the "youngsters" to be out at night. King Street really came alive on Friday afternoon. Parking was adequate for 2 vehicles, secured inside the fence. We ended up with a 3rd vehicle we did not count on but there was room outside the fence. 3 bathrooms served us well. We cooked in a bit as this was the second half of a 10 night get away and eating out in Savannah and Charleston gets EXPENSIVE!! The kitchen could use more cookware for a house that sleeps 8 - larger skillets, baking sheets, etc. I packed a suitcase of cooking essentials, so we did OK. The frig/freezer is on the small end so beware if you're shopping before arrival. Overall, absolutely no complaints. Actually, just one - the dining room lights are excessively TOO bright! Change the bulbs.

Weekend getaway at its finest!

Wonderful experience!! So accommodating~asked to check in early to stock with groceries and house was ready by 12:30. Fantastic communication with property managers, made it such an easy process. Walkable to everything. Quaint up and coming neighborhood with yummy restaurants. Will definitely return.

Great Location

Our family had a great time at this house! It’s close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk to the historic district but it’s a nice walk. Would stay again!

Amazing house

We did a girls trip (4 of us) to Charleston and decided to rent a house so we'd have plenty of room and could hang out together when we weren't out sightseeing or shopping. This house was perfect. It was a great location and the house itself was clean and nicely furnished. It has a great kitchen - which we only used for preparing breakfast and snacks. There's a great covered porch upstairs where you can sit and have drinks or eat a meal, and another area on the ground floor with furniture where you could lounge outside as well. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Tv streaming was nit friendly! And we all know streaming. But we didn’t watch much tv anyway.

The property was clean and met our needs. Very difficult finding the property. GPS does not pick up the address. All in all it was good. A little overpriced and not in walking distance to our expectations.

Charming house near King street

This is a very clean home with such cute furnishings and decor. Our family (one couple, two teens, and one adult) was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The property is set back from the street which made it nice and quiet. We were shocked with how quickly we were able to get to the surrounding towns! It was a great rental; we would definitely stay again.

A great house in Charleston

We had a great experience in this property. The house is beautiful; almost new, spotless, with very comfortable rooms, bathrooms and very well equipped for a family stay. A very well managed property. The location was perfect; just walking distance from restaurants, bars, and all the town hot spots, as well as an easy drive to the supermarket, breweries, and even the beach. We really had a great time and look forward to booking this house again.
