My husband has worked for a 5-star hotel company for more than 20 years, which has allowed us to enjoy 5-star properties worldwide. This house is of that class in every way. House has a great layout, every amenity you could want, a loaded kitchen, and easy beach access. Beach chairs and towels provided were a bonus!

Perfect Kiawah family house

We’ve visited Kiawah Island over a dozen times the last 25 years. This is nicest place that we’ve stayed in. The house is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family of seven (three couples and one baby). Not only were the bedrooms and bathrooms were great but there were aLao ample public spaces such that we did not feel cramped. Also, one-year-old grandson made good use of the toys. Finally, we like to cook. The kitchen was well appointed with high-quality appliances and implements. Touches like this set this house apart from a lot of other places we’ve stayed.

Top notch beach house

Everything as advertised. The quality of these beach houses is usually on the stuff that's hard to qualify on the listings. This is clearly a rental group that has a highly attentive handle on the details. The house is clean and well stocked with quality appliances and kitchen gear. The internet is great and covered the house well. I really liked the beverage and game area to stage our wine and refreshments.

Fabulous home

Absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t be more pleased. Only concern was a “noise detection” text received - our chatter may have been “spirited” but there’s no way we bothered any neighbors. Gave me some privacy concerns!

Great stay

House was massive and beautiful, just as shown on the listing! Perfect for our group, and Stephen left us a kind welcome gift and was super helpful the whole weekend. However, there must have been some sound machine in the house that captured a lot of our talking at night. We had multiple automated text messages saying our noise decibels were too high, but nothing was able to be heard outside of the home.

Quiet and Peaceful

Our whole family vacation was very quiet and peaceful this year. The home was beautiful and surrounded by trees which meant shady and quiet. Nice walk to the beach that wasn't loud and over crowed. We enjoyed the week and would consider returning again.

Fantastic House with everything you’ll need!!!

We had the BEST trip to kiawah and loved Green Winged Teal. The house was immaculate- clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and had a variety of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets that made cooking easier. There were a couple of barstools and the dining table was close by so everybody could hang out. The sectional in the den was so comfortable and also provided plenty of space for the group. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious very very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this house to a group of adults, or even an adult family with grandchildren. It truly was perfect!

Perfect Kiawah house!

Truly excellent home in every way! The home is enormous- 6 large bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 2 large separate living areas, sun room, dining room with table for 10, laundry room with workstation with printer, large kitchen, and bar. Everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfectly clean. All high end appliances. Kitchen does not have any food items (like spices or condiments) but does have nice set of starter supplies like paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher packets. Laundry has large high end washer and dryer. Starter set of laundry pods is available. 6 beach towels available so bring more if needed. All baths are beautifully appointed and extremely clean. Each has bar of soap, small shampoo and body wash. Bath and hand towels included. Storage area on ground level with exterior access. Limited beach equipment which likely changes over the course of the year. Great location- easy walk to the beach. Management company was extremely well organized with excellent communication at every stage of the trip. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine, local cookies, and a hand written note- nice touch! Overall most excellent experience!!
