Cute home!

Very cute home, plenty of rooms / beds for everyone! the kitchen did not have a few things you'd need to cook. Something was wrong with the grill & we had planned to cook out there one day. So that was a minor disappointment. The house was a little dirty when we arrived but not awful at all. Overall the property manager was helpful and gave great recommendations. We had a blast and enjoyed our stay here!

Great Place/Great Location

The house was clean, well equipped with necessities, and a great location for a great price. Everything was updated. The only complaint would be that the overhead fans did not work in two of the bedrooms and the shower head was too big for the shower stall, but don’t let that discourage from renting this house. It was great and we would definitely rent this house again.

Some issues

We were unfortunately very disappointed in this property and would not stay again. The AC stopped working and when we reached out about it someone was sent out but all he did was look at the air vents and tell us it was working (it was blowing hot air). The house got up to 84 and when we reached out again they basically said it couldn't be fixed that night. When we went to open windows most were missing screens and only 2 of the 4 fans in the bedrooms worked. Overall we were very disappointed and would definitely book elsewhere next time we are in town

Amazing Stay!

Our stay was amazing! We had 6 girls staying at the house and it was perfect! We all slept very comfortably and the house was PERFECT! It was about a 15 minute Lyft ride from everywhere we wanted to go and the ride was scenic. I would highly recommend staying here and the HOST WERE VERY ACCOMADATING!

Just right

We stayed for almost a week and it fit our needs just right. The house wasn't over the top and a few items could be added to the kitchen to help make things easier, but the bathrooms were great, the bunk room was nice for the kids and the kitchen was great for hosting. We loved the price and the value felt just right.

Great house for a weekend trip

My family visited for a girl's weekend in Charleston. The neighborhood is great, close to food and coffee (we loved Wild Flour for coffee and pastries) with easy access to everything.

Brief stay was okay

Good: Neighborhood quiet, ample parking, nice kitchen space, good lighting, Ceiling Fans a PLUS, yard is nice and roomy for gatherings. Improvement: we had trouble with the A/C from the first day. It seems as someone came to house while we were out and it started cooling that first night. Next day it started getting warm and on our last night it was just high 70s and not comfortable at night. On last night they responded very late to our call and offered to send someone but it was already almost 11pm. We said no since we had an early morning flight out. Thank Goodness for ceiling fans. I wanted to write this after going back and seeing there was an issue with the HVAC in June. I know these things happen, and want to give PM/Owner the opportunity to respond for future renters. Also, we were not given or offered some credit for the trouble we had, and we did not ask for one either.

1st time to Charleston

House and neighborhood were great. Plenty of room for 6 of us. AC worked amazing, we actually had to turn it higher cuz it was too cold. Lol I've stayed in many vrbo's and i would just suggest a few small things like fanily board games, more plates, and bakimg sheets. There was a new bag of ice in freezer which was great becauae the fridge ice maker wasnt working so the ice was perfect to have on hand. About a 15 minutes drive to downtown attractions in Charleston. Pleny of food areas around the house and walmart was about 6 miles away for groceries.

Father's Day family Trio

This home is so perfect. Its in a quite neighborhood. Minutes away from Downtown Charleston. Clean and very comfortable. We had 10 guest in the house . No problems with water temps. Big yard for the kids to play in. Overall suck a great place to stay.

Nice home Great location

The house was very nicely updated. Very clean. One minor issue with the HVAC on the last night at around 10:30 pm. The host was quick to respond and offered to send someone out to fix but due to the late hour I told them not to worry about it. I would definitely stay again.

Updated cottage in great location

We enjoyed our stay in the clean little cottage near West Ashley. Quiet well-established neighborhood great for morning runs/evening walks. The home inside was super clean, updated everything, climate controlled and great-smelling. Nice open floor plan for our big family to enjoy. 10 min from downtown just like the description says. Very convenient. May return one day. Very satisfied.😊
