The host very welcoming and communicative during our month long stay. Our place was clean and was laid out nicely. The best part was that it was within walking distance to everything in downtown Folly Beach.

Excellent, convenient location to beach, restaurants/Center Street/Folly Beach Pier! The home has many areas to hang out and relax! Our favorite was the outside space with picnic table and TV/sofa!! The lights for nighttime usage were a plus! As this property has many positives, we did have several negatives with our stay. Upon our arrival, the code did not work as we were told but was resolved after a few minutes calling the emergency number and speaking with the on call rep. After entering the property on a Sun evening, we found the home not to be as clean as we had hoped. I am very picky about this and only search for places with high ratings for cleanliness so finding it not so after traveling was disappointing. I did not reach out again to the emergency number to report this and spent the next couple of hours cleaning myself. Luckily the property had a small vacuum. Could not find a broom or cleaning supplies so I was glad I brought a few items of my own. Things that were not clean included the sofa which had pet hair all over the back and bottom cushions, floors appeared to not be vacuumed or mopped in some time, bottoms of showers were very dirty, hairs (only cleaned/used one shower), duvets also did not appear to be clean (hairs on them as well and stains). I washed them before feeling comfortable to sleep in the beds. The property is lovely and has so many wonderful features but needs a serious deep clean after what I’m sure has been a busy summer of vacationers.

This place was really very nice. Pictures in the listing were good but it looked even better in person. The 5 block walk to the beach was very doable. Beds were firm. (If you like firm beds.) my husband loved them but my son and I weren’t comfortable with them. It was a very comfortable stay overall. Nicer than we expected. We enjoyed the open layout, washer, dryer, and they provided tide pods enough for our stay, and enough paper products for our stay. The door handle to the front deck had a stripped screw so you couldn’t use the handle to open/close the door. It wasn’t a big issue though. Awesome location on Folly beach.5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the furniture in family room, really comfortable. Loved the look of the kitchen table and chairs- it was modern but vintage at the same time. They provided boogie boards but they need to be replaced - the styrofoam inside the boogie board are cracked in half but we still made them work and were happy to have them. Also had a couple of beach chairs. The wooden boogie board was chipped so we couldn’t use that one. They provided a wagon which was amazing! We loaded the wagon (which needs just a little WD40) up with our beach necessities for the day which made for an easy walk to and from the beach. AC worked great in the house. We would stay there again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. House was clean, spacious, and the whole process was super easy. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Folly beach was nice and spacious. Not over crowded at all. Would stay here again

Amazing stay!

The home was clean and in a great location. We were just a block away from Center Street to all the shops and restaurants. There was an awesome outdoor bonus entertainment area below the house that is not pictured. We spent most of our time hanging out on the air-conditioned patio. I would highly recommend this house for your stay on Folly!

Spring break 2025

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for the week of spring break. Really a little gem of a house, in the middle of everything, only need to drive if going to big grocery or into Charleston. The home is dripping with extras, great grill, outdoor living area is over the top with sectional and big screen TV. We will definitely stay here again, parents lived in downtown Charleston for years and we were also married in Charleston so this area is very special to us. Great visit, the homeowners should be very proud of their property, we loved it!

Awesome Two Weeks on Folly

We stayed at this location for two weeks, and it was honestly perfect. The place was clean and neat, and it is a fabulous location, a short walk to the beach, pier, and the Center Street area. We will stay here again.

Our Once a Year Vacation

We have stayed at a few different homes at Folly Beach and that we enjoyed staying at. We did like Keep Palm but there was a concern that the house "moves" when someone in the house walks across the floor. We noticed some braces were REMOVED and could be the reason why.
