These houses are perfect for a group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. Popular dining spots include Southbound, Sorghum & Salt, Kultura, Wild Common, Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Chasing Sage, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, R Kitchen, Estadio, Pink Cactus, and Barsa. The houses are minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!



    Each house is beautifully unique. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night.

    You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

    We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider.     Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

    ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Perfect property for a friend’s getaway. The 2 side by side houses had plenty of space for all 12 of us and allowed easy access to both. We would stay again!

Great Charleston Getaway

This property was perfect and I would definitely book it again for my next trip to Charleston. Clean, great layout and has every amenity you may need for a family, couples or girls weekend. Great location as well!
