This is our second time at this house. The location on Folly cannot be beat - especially with a young kid (the beach) and an avid fisherman (the dock and river behind the house). The heat didn't work while we were there but the property management acted quickly even on a Sunday providing space heaters and sending a repair man. They listened to our request to have the repair man come after we checked out as well.

This place was amazing. Nicely decorated. The location was great. Had the best of both worlds with the river on the backside and the ocean within walking distance. Porch on both the front and back of the house with great views and awesome breeze. The guys enjoyed the crabbing and fishing from the dock. The beds were so comfortable that we all had the best night's sleep every night we were there (better than our beds at home). Would definitely stay here again if we come back to stay in Folly Beach another time.

We loved this property! It was perfect for fishing in the inlet or spending the day at the beach. The only issue I would have would be the bathrooms are tiny, there is no refrigerator downstairs as pictured. Other than that we are definitely pleased. We will for sure be back again.

Gorgeous views

We love this home and it was our 3rd time renting it. It has beautiful views and easy beach access. The home is comfortable and has so many great features including a dock, decks and outdoor kitchen area.

Best of both worlds

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time walking down the dock, fishing, using the crab pots and watching the tide come and go. As well as many hours playing and walking at the beach.There was plenty of space for our party of 6. It was nice to have the different outside gathering areas as well. Plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen was well equipped for that.The neighborhood was very quiet (aside from some fireworks from a few houses down, but they quieted as soon as 10pm rolled around). The house also had cornhole, sand toys for the littles and fishing rods. Kayaks were available, but we didn't get the chance to use them.I'd recommend this stay for anyone wanting the sound and beach. The house is away from restaurants and such so you would have to bike ride or drive unless you want to walk 1-2 miles. We loaded up at the Harris Teeter and Wal-Mart (less than 15 minutes away) with no issues.

We loved our stay at this rental. The beautiful views of the marsh and outdoor areas were amazing, and the walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well maintained with great appliances, and the house was clean and in excellent condition. We hope to come back again one day!

Great location

The location is awesome, quick walk to the beach, not even bad to walk to town just to avoid parking. But we rented a golf cart and that worked out great. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the dock even tho fishing was not as good as i expected, caught lots of eels and sting rays, not much else. Not the property owners fault tho, lol. Communication with the property owner was amazing. When we got there, the door code wouldn't work. I called the number they provided me, and even on a holiday weekend, the phone was answered and a backup code was provided. House was clean and decorated cute. Would definitely recommend this location.

Relaxation bound!

We come to folly for the peace and quiet, laid back island life. We loved the dock and fishing. Being able to cook a few small meals was great. The bird watching was wonderful. The bird house next to the deck has blue birds nest!

Spring break 2025

Our family’s annual spring break trip with friends took us to this amazing location walking distance to a beautiful beach complete with sharks’ teeth and more shells than we could carry home. The house has a beautiful dock, spectacular entertaining space on the patio below, and plenty of open space in the common areas indoors. The bathroom showers are teenie tiny, which was our only negative, given that we have some tall men in our group, but definitely not a deal breaker. The street is quiet,sunsets were magical, and an amazing time was had by all. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for Friends Getaway

This house more than punched the right buttons for a girlfriends getaway. It was spotlessly clean, communication quick and accurate, very quiet, roomy for all, fabulous view over the estuary and oyster beds. Location is easy to get to downtown Charleston, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant and the Ashley River plantations. We so enjoyed our week there and highly recommend to others.

Our annual family vacation!

My husband, daughter and I have stayed here two years in a row. We plan to return every year! We love being able to fish, catch crabs, walk to the beach, and enjoy the beautiful view. Property managers are top notch and stay in contact with you throughout your stay, ensuring your trip is perfect!! 10/10 highly recommend!

Hooked!

Folly Beach had a chill family vibe and we’ll definitely be back next fall. Endless Sunsets is a special place. Its location between the beach and on the marsh provided the best of fishing and relaxing. We caught red drum, flounder, sea trout, sheepshead. Birdwatching was thrilling—eagles, hawk, falcon, shore birds! Close to downtown Charleston to visit city market,, lots of shopping and top restaurants. Magnolia Gardens was beautiful

Great vacation home

This was a wonderful home for our group of four adults. There was plenty of room, the house was clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area was great, and we all enjoyed watching the ebb and flow of the tides affecting the river. It was only about a three minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this home.
