Exactly what we wanted

The house and location were exactly what we wanted. Super close to golf, beach, shopping, dining and, for a day trip...Charleston. Clean, comfortable, roomy, and quiet.

Beautifully redone home, Very comfortable beds and linens, great floorplan, all needed amenities there and in great shape, home was IMMACULATE down to the screened porch looking like you could eat off the floor. Great location-easy walk to beach. Overall a 10 out of 10!

The home on Greensward was a wonderful location on the island. We loved the bike trails and the short ride to Freshfields Village. The house was nice and clean with all we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and it had the perfect space for our family of 4.

Great family vacation spot on Kiawah

Modern and thoroughly updated inside; very convenient to front gate of the island and to the beach and golf. Our family loved the pool table, the screened in porch and the bunk beds. We would definitely stay at this property again on future visits.

Great home on Cougar Point

House was very clean and had everything we needed, even a few games and books. We loved bed having coffee on the big back deck and watching the golfers go by. Beds and showers were perfect! Check-in was easy and they texted to tell me the house was ready earlier than the 4:00 check-in time, which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Happy

We were so happy with this property and hope to stay again. We especially enjoyed the back deck, and the children loved the pool table loft. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Great Kiawah Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It was clean, on one of the golf courses, and had a great outdoor space. The flooring is needing to be replaced in several areas and there is a step down living room so it may not be the ideal rental if you are needing it to be accessible or if you are concerned about young children. Overall a great place that we would stay at again.

Spring break 2025

Spent the week here with two of our adult children - one of whom was as on Med school spring break. All of the amenities are modern and well taken care of. Tucked away next to the Cougar Point golf course offered such a relaxing environment! Definitely would like to return again soon!

Girls’ Trip

We stayed at Greenwald for our annual girls’ trip and had the best time! The views are beautiful and the amenities were awesome! We enjoyed playing pool, sitting out on the deck watching the golfers in the mornings. We also grilled a wonderful dinner on our first night. The customer service was top notch and very timely for any questions or communications we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this house and will be booking again in the near future!
