"We absolutely loved our stay at the Lafayette Flats. We actually stayed in Eddy (originally booked Nutall but then switched to be on the top floor). The flat was spacious, immaculately clean (I’m pretty picky), and really comfortable. We enjoyed the provided coffee packs and supplies, appreciated the book of recommendations and information, and loved being right in town to walk to pretty much everything. "The apartment was nice. But the kitchen needed more supplies. No baking sheets for our pizza. No mittens or towels or wash clothes for the kitchen. The towels were new and still had the plastic pieces that held the tags. The mattress needs replacing. Not a single picture on the walls. Needs to few more cozy."

"We came to ride the trails. I liked that we did not have to trailer the machines to the trail head on 2 of the 3 trail systems that we went to. Myrna and family are very friendly. Always asked if we needed anything. They allowed us to arrive early and hang out in the plentiful parking area. This allowed us and our pet to stretch our legs while she was cleaning the place for us. Town’s people are friendly and very appreciative of our business."

"My family and I came to Charleston, WV for our first time. We arrived at night and found our house easily although not used to the winding roads or area. We had clear directions for letting ourselves in and settling in right away. The location was quick and accessible to and from Charleston which we traveled to and from each day and sometimes multiple times.
