"We loved this property! It was perfect for our family. While we spent much of our time in the Williamsburg area, we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet at the end of the day. I was a little unsure of staying on the same property as the owner and was afraid it would feel as if there were no privacy. I could not have been more wrong. James was available but not at all intrusive. We’re hoping to return in the future!"

"My husband and I and two close friends biked the Capital Trail to Charles City. We spent two nights at this perfect location. It was very close to the trail and two lovely local restaurants. We were also able to bike to Berkeley Plantation and back on our second day. The patio that overlooked an open field provided us with beautiful sunsets. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We appreciated the popcorn which was our nightly treat after an early dinner and day of biking. "
