"We were in the Leckhampton Suite and could see our motorbike parked at the back right outside our bedroom. Property is GORGEOUS. I could have cried with relief after travelling for several weeks abroad to come home and be coddled. Milk, croissant and juice in the fridge, enough tea and coffee to drown yourself in. "I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. "Very clean and comfortable would definitely return.The pool and snooker table were excellent.Plenty of room, good wifi. Even had electric blankets . Has good size freezer which I didnt expect.Perhaps some softer lighting in the lounge we used bedside light and some more seating in pool area ( only 1 in there)But definitely 5 star "

"What a lovely place to stay! Watching the horses coming and going a bonus. Such a beautiful quirky cottage. Clean, comfy and spacious for a couple and our two dogs. The hot tub was a lovely treat after long dog walks.. Hook Norton and Swalcliffe visits a must. Pubs are so lovely and dog friendly. The land around the riding school great for the dogs too. Caroline the host very friendly a lovely lady. "
