"Pictures don't do it justice! This was a great place to spend our vacation in. Creek right behind the house was absolutely stunning. While I was drinking coffee on the large porch the first morning, a deer welcomed me to the neighborhood. Incredibly peaceful spot. We did a lot of sightseeing, so we didn't get a chance to fish the lake that's well within walking distance, but heard it is a great fishing lake. "We’ve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service.
