"This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

"Do not stay in this apartment. Every VRBO i have been to before have been exquisite. Rhis one does not even meet a one star. Stains on the mattress. Broken couch. Kitchen has not been updated since 1950. Mold in the window, with broken mini blinds. Host is diffto contact. She did not offer a reimbursement. Or a stay at another property."
