Friendly, basic and comfortable
Friendly staff at restaurant below bedrooms. Useful private parking. Clean rooms New bathroom towels are needed as were threadbare. Drainage also a little smelly. Overall basic but comfortable.

We stayed at L’Avenue for two nights in a quad room as was travelling with my wife and two young children. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and car parking is excellent with a secure area to the back of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor and was comfortable enough for two nights, the weather was very hot so without air conditioning the room was slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. A fan was provided plus we brought one of our own just in case. Headroom in the bathroom is limited and there is no stand up shower, just a bath with a hand-held shower head. The hotel is ideally located for trips into Paris, with the train journey taking only 25 mins into the Garr Du Nord. The chateau and racecourse are within walking distance. We had breakfast both days, which included a good selection of breads, pastries, yoghurts , cheeses, jams and spreads.

Très bon hôtel
Une très bonne découverte ! La chambre était confortable (literie impeccable), bien amenagée et vraiment très bien insonorisée. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien. Je recommande !

Idéalement situé. Parking privé.
Hôtel idéalement situé en centre ville afin de se rendre à pied au château de Chantilly en 20mn. L'hôtel est vétuste, sommairement rénové (bâtiment ancien) permettant un hébergement satisfaisant pour un 2 étoiles. Il ne faut pas être trop exigeant (proximité des chambres, isolation sonore...) La literie est de bonne qualité. La cour fermée permettant le stationnement sécurisé du véhicule est un atout. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant sur place (produits frais et bien préparés).

Love it! Amazing room and staff!
This was the most amazing hotel! Our room was so super cute and spacious! I loved taking a bath while looking out the skylight! The beds were so comfortable and loved the kitchen with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything we needed was nearby. There is a café and a supermarket within walking distance. Burgers, waffles and bakeries were next door as well as a restaurant downstairs. Across the street you can get pasta carbonara for under 10€. We had an amazing stay and I would love to stay again!

Verrast over de locatie van de kamer, 3de verdieping zonder lift, 56 trappen voor een 84 jarige niet evident. Dus even snel naar de kamer zat er niet in. Bij de vraag om van kamer te wisselen was het antwoord, niet mogelijk. Dus beter om op jullie site aan te geven waar die kamer ligt.Geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen een houder voor een bar zonder bar. De badkamer had alleen een ligbad - zonder scherm dus niet makkelijk om te douchen. De ochtendbediening was heel vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. De restvan de dag niet zo vriendelijke bediening. De frieten met kip was niet echt je dat.

Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct pour le prix.Le personnel est agréable . Nous recommandons cet Établissement et y retournerons si nous sommes de passage dans la région.

The Hotel l'Ave is located in the heart of Chantilly. Thus, that means a great deal of traffic and pedestrian noise up until midnight during a weeknight. The rooms are very basic with no amenities at all. Bed and bathroom. Sadly for my stay in the middle of June with high summer temps, meant for a very uncomfortable stay due to no air conditioning at all. Location is close to CDG, about a 30-40 min drive and the area has great food and historical venues. Overall, great staff, but room does not deliver.

Hôtel restaurant bien pour les touristes mais pour une nuit suite à un déplacement professionnel, c'est trop juste. Restaurant au top. Au top, rien à redire. La chambre de l'hôtel manque juste d'une prise électrique au niveau de la table où l'on peut travailler. J'ai du finir mon travail sur le lit pour avoir accès à une prise. Prise dont je me suis pris une grosse châtaigne électrique comme cette prise à coté du lit était abimée.

Très bon acceuil. Parking dispo drectement dans l'hotel accessible par une voie étroite et limitée en hauteur . Les chambres sont correctes, seule la porte de douche est à revoir. La salle de restaurant est acceuillante et la déco très sympas.

L'accueil pas très sympathique à l'arrivée. La chambre pas très propre; la douche fuyait, la toilette pas bien fixée, une lampe de chevet ne marchait pas. Les murs sont "en papier" et on entend les autres résidents. Seul plus : petit déjeuner très copieux et servi très agréablement.

仕事で遅くなったし、チェックアウトも早朝で、寝ただけだった。シャワーが出なかった。洗面所はお湯が出たので、それで身体を拭いたりしただけ。
