Buen hotel cerca de Washington
El lugar es muy bueno, habitaciones y estar amplios, cocina completos, con ascensor para llegar a los pisos superiores, buen desayuno. El personal es amable y servicial. Recomiendo el mueso de aire y espacio cercano, es el triple de grande que el de Washington, con muchos mas aviones e incluye el transbordador Discovery.

Everything was great except the limited parking. I had checked in around 3:30, then left to meet some friends. Came back around 11 and there were no parking spots left. Either there aren’t enough spots for the number of rooms or the plethora of work trucks taking up two spaces. Other than that, the front desk was pleasant at check in and the room was clean and relatively updated.

This is the nicest Extend Stay in the area no question about it!!!! I have stayed at the Extend Stay Brookfield and I will never go back there. The place on Thunderbolt is so much nicer, I told them I felt like I was at home. The staff is exceptional, pleasant, friendly and always helpful. The place is always nice and clean, and quiet. I will definitely be going back

When we arrived we told they didn't have our room because Expedia is overbooking their hotels. They offered two separate, smaller rooms for my family. When we went our rooms, we found bugs in both bathrooms and promptly left. Doesn't look like the pictures on the website. Very, very worn and dirty.

I have stayed here several times when I was helping a friend in her office. It’s always clean everyone in the staff is very nice and helpful and if there’s ever a problem they’re right there to take care of it I’d recommend this to anybody looking for a place to stay And not pay so much money so for the price this place is excellent

Listing said breakfast ibcluded. Mini muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Yhis was misleading and terrible. We arrived very late after driving all night to find ourvroom was canceled duevto no show. The did find us acroom but a phone call priorvto canceling would gave been nice.

There was no included breakfast- though cheerfully advertised. There were no kitchen items (cups, utensils, plates, paper towels, etc.) which is unacceptable for extended/quasi residential facilities. You could request them, but the point is to HAVE them. ALL OF THE WASHERS in the building were out of order. A person on duty offered to fix them, but after paying $5 for watered down detergent and climbing the stairs to wash my jeans that oil had spilled on during my travel - I just didn't want to be bothered. The ice machine was also broken and we had no ice trays in our freezer/room. The manager happily advised that we SHOULD have ice trays and that we could get a bag from the convenience store. THANKS! And had there been ice an ice tray in our freezer, we would've had a horrible time filling and accessing it because the refund and freezer doors were hinged to the wrong side! We had to shimmy between the sink and the fridge to flatten ourselves against the wall to open the damn doors! Top all of that off with giant(s) LIVING (literally) in the room above us who all but stomped through their floor/our ceiling amd anyone will know to NOT stay at this facility!
