Standing just a few meters from the water’s edge, this exceptional villa, enjoys blissful views of the deep blue sea, which you feel like you can almost reach by hand, when swimming in the glass-end infinity pool as it flows seamlessly into the sea and horizon!

The villa is designed and furnished in a high quality, minimal style, with emphasis in simple elegance, comfort and relaxing atmosphere. The main villa, set all in one floor, is ideal for families with young children and can accommodate comfortably up to seven guests, in three bedrooms.

On this floor, there is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and living/dining area with an outdoor, sea view terrace.

Using the outdoor steps, or the ramp, you can easily access the pool and garden. On this level, there is an open plan, spacious studio, with separate entrance. Large glass doors lead directly to the pool terrace and gardens. It is furnished with a small kitchenette, sitting area and shower room. Two more guests can be accommodated here (on a convertible double bed), making it perfect for having privacy, from the rest of the family/party.

All beds have branded, top-quality mattresses with the option between a harder (orthopedic) or softer (anatomical) mattress.
Closed circuit TV system watching the swimming pool and the outdoor areas from all TVs, for security reasons (e.g. young children, elderly, etc. Can be switched on or off at the customer’s choice).
Advanced alarm system (general or perimeter activation at night time).
LPG grill in the garden
In case of disabled people, the house entrance can be accessible by car.
Easy access to and circulation in all main areas (house, swimming pool, garden) without stairs

The villa's staff will be at the villa on arrival date to secure a smooth check in.
The guest should inform us about the arrival time at least 1 day prior to arrival date to receive the exact location of the villa.
