Heaven on Earth

The gratitude and love we feel in our hearts for Manolis, Aliki, Dimitris, Adonis and there team is above and beyond for all the care and love they showered over us on our 2 week stay in there exquisite villa. When you first arrive your breath is taken away at the expansive views of Soudas Bay, gorgeous flowers, olive trees, fruit trees, vegetables gardens and the amazing pool are a WOW. The villa is so beautiful, with everything you could desire, no details were forgotten. Everything was perfect. The beds are amazing, so comfortable, 1st class. Dimitris the manager is so kind, so thoughtful, was there making sure we were supported in every way. We are so incredibly grateful to you. Our hearts smile when we think of you. Manolis and Aliki the owners are so kind, so caring you will feel so loved up by them The love they have put in to their villa, is breathtaking. We are beyond grateful for your kindness, love and care. We love you.Etouri the concierge company is fantastic. Adonis was our concierge, he went above and beyond to make my 60th BD trip amazing. He organising restaurant reservations, transfers, boat trips, dinner parties, musicians, dancers, massages, yoga, shopping trips, you name it he did it. You are the kindest soul Adonis. Thank you. We are forever grateful to you. I can say this was a thousand star trip in every way. Thank you from our hearts to you all. We will love you all forever

STUNNING Greek Retreat

We arrived for an 8 night stay at this wonderful villa. there were 14 of us. Every couple or single had their own room and bathroom, The Communication with the owner and staff was first rate. The pool was spectacular, and the grounds were beautiful. Unfortunatly we had an African orange dust storm while there, everyone said this was the first of this magnitude of storm. the staff came out and cleaned EVERYTHING. It took them more than one day to clean, but they did a great job. The only draw back is the hot water. It is on solar and if you have cloudy days you must turn on the heat on the electrical panel. It was not an issue once we were told that. We would highly reccomend staying there. it is perfect for large groups, weddings, parties and fmaily reunions. It is close to groceries and local food. We had a fantastic caterer that came to the house twice, once for welcome dinner and the toher for my 60th birthday. EXCELLENT

An unforgettable vacation!!

This Villa is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we landed we were treated so well. The owner met us at the Villa even though we arrived very late in the night. He showed us everything we needed to know and answered all questions. He provided us with a welcome gift of food, juice and a bottle of wine. After traveling for 24 hrs we were exhausted and starving; he helped us order pizzas to be delivered to the villa. Throughout our stay whenever we ordered delivery he was always available to help us with the order and provide delivery information. He was available throughout our entire trip when needed and was very responsive and helpful. The next day we were greeted by Dimitri who was also available throughout our stay. He was very helpful, responsive and was just a phone call or text away. By the end of the trip we felt like Dimitri was family. Such a very kind person. We miss him already! The pictures do no justice of what this magical place looks like in person. It is absolutely breathtaking! We have zero complaints! We just wish we could have stayed longer, but we enjoyed 13 days in paradise! The only thing you will regret is not booking this villa! We hope to be back to visit this beautiful Island and when we do we will stay here again without hesitation!Thank you for sharing your home with our family and allowing us to make unforgettable memories!

Phenomenal Stay at the Villa Elements

We had an amazing time at the Villa Elements. The Villa is beautiful, the pool was amazing, and nothing can beat the views. What was more impressive however was the wonderful support we received from the staff and coordinators. From private chefs to musicians to daily housekeeping our stay was everything we wanted and then some.

Three generation plus friends trip

We had a great stay at Elements Villa. We loved Crete and the Chania location. The villa was fabulous and especially the pool was heaven. The villa location is ideal to easily get in and out of Chania or for quick trip to local beaches and tavernas for a meal. We will hopefully venture back again one day

Beautiful Villa

A beautiful villa with stunning views. It had everything we needed for our extended family (ages 4-77). Demitri was fantastic - checking we had everything we needed each day and lighting the pizza over for us.

very recommended villa

we had a very enjoyable week at the elements villa. the villa is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything one might need. it also has breathtaking views and an excellent location (short drive from Chania but plenty of privacy). the service was impeccable from the welcome to the end; Manolis (the Owner) and his staff, are extremely helpful and go out of their way to cater to the guests needs and wishes. We couldn’t recommend this villa enough - just perfect.

Best of the best house & service

Rental; from beginning everything worked easily despite we had some challenges with our payments. Homeaway staff were working proactively to find solutions and kept us updated all the time. They also replied to all questions on mail/ phone calls. Absolutely fantastic service, Thank You ! House; we were 8 adults and 6 kids. The owner of the house was waiting us next to airport and took us to the house. He showed how everything is working incl. all pool toys etc what a way to start the holidays. The house was the BEST of the BEST quality, much better vs. on pictures. I cannot say how treated we were as the owner showed absolutely fantastic customer service during our stay and was helping with our smallest requests during our stay. We needed to go to hospital during our holidays and he drove there 4am to help and fix everything with doctors! He fixed taxis, yacht rentals everything without any hesitations and with short notice times given, fixed restaurants, helped with car rentals... I/ we have never been treated like this before; a top notch service from the owner and his wife and their westie (we were missing our Westies at home so he took their dog to the restaurant to ease the home sickness 😊). I would summarize that definately the best family holidays ever, Efharisto poli !!

Ville Elements is great!

Location is beautiful, house is big, functional and in great condition. Manolis the owner and Kostas the chief were really kind and helpful in our travel arrangements on site. If you are a big group wishing to stay close to Chania. Take this Villa Elements as your destination!
